About the Property
Welcome to the Siesta Key Inn a Boutique Island Inn! Owned and operated on site by the Koch Family since 1979 (we are not an investor owned property). This Tropical Beach Get-away offers condos just yards from the powdery-white sands of Siesta Key's world famous, award-winning Crescent Beach. With no busy streets to cross, it's a leisurely stroll to the Gulf of Mexico and to Point of Rocks, the best snorkeling beach on the key.
We offer fully-equipped and tastefully decorated condominiums with “Olde” fashioned Southern Hospitality. Choose this spacious 930 sq. ft. 1 bed/1 bath fully equipped condo that includes an in unit washer/dryer with a private screened patio/lanai overlooking our tropical gas heated pool and gardens. This unit has a maximum occupancy of 4 persons (includes adults, children & infants).
Siesta Key Inn is located a short stroll from the soft, sugar white sands of Crescent Beach/Siesta Beach at Point of Rocks, recently named the Best Beach in America.
These accommodations have just undergone a major renovation which includes new kitchen and baths with quartz countertops. The bathroom features a shower with fluffy towels and upscale toiletries. The accommodation incorporates 20" porcelain tile throughout the unit with new furniture, 42" and 28" flat screen TVs with High Def DIRECTV and premium channels in Living Room and bedroom. For a restful night’s sleep, we have new Jamison Bedding with soft 400 thread count sheets in addition to down pillows and comforters.
All of our guests are able to utilize the entire property with the exception of other guest’s private patios. This includes the pool, lounging area, covered table and chairs, gas grills, gazebo and the coin operated laundry facilities that are all on site.
Interaction with guests
We are on the property during the day to provide you with any information or assistance you may require during your stay. We strive for a high standard of "Olde” Florida hospitality with a modern concierge touch. Stop by the office for information, assistance or simply to chat.
Other things to note
For our guests’ convenience, this condo is equipped with a washer/dryer in the unit. We also have a separate laundry room with coin operated full size washer and dryer located on the premises - we even provide the detergent and softener. We also offer our guests daily towel exchange, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, a beach cooler, high speed Wi-Fi internet access and gas grills.
We, the Koch Family are passionate about hospitality and invite you to consider spending your vacation or extended stay at our Siesta Key Inn Boutique Island Inn Property. John and Magdalene Koch relocated from Chicago to Siesta Key in 1979, and have been personally and professionally renovating and improving the lodging options on the Island since that time. With their children, Michael and Mary Ann, they have built some of the Island’s most unique and comfortable vacation spots. Should you need something or have a special request during your stay, you will no doubt be helped with a smile by one of the family members.

No need to do your own towels and beach towels. We offer towel exchange service 6 days a week - Monday thru Saturday just not on Sunday or Holidays.
We also provide all the little extras that other places often overlook - Replenishment of Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Kleenex, Coffee Filters, Regular and DeCaf Coffee, English Breakfast Tea, Dish soap, Dishwasher soap, Aluminum foil, Plastic Wrap, Personal Amenities like bath soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion as well as laundry soap and fabric softener sheets for your in-condo washer/dryer.

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
In the event of the cancellation of a confirmed reservation, the DEPOSIT will be forfeited in full unless written notice is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. A handling and administrative charge is applicable to ALL cancellations based on the following:
90+ days prior to arrival - 25% of deposit
60+ days prior to arrival - 50% of deposit
30+ days prior to arrival - 75% of deposit
Sales tax: 12%
Deposits: A 40% Deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
