Siesta Key is 15 minutes from Downtown Sarasota and one hour and fifteen minutes from Tampa. Drive less than 2 hours to Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Siesta Key is voted the #1 Beach in the USA and has a great village with excellent restaurants and many fun bars throughout the village. Great shopping too.

About the owner: We currently live outside Chicago, making several trips each year to the key. Siesta Key is a magical place for my family! I grew up visiting Siesta Key, my family has owned on the key since 1977. There are not too many things we don't know about the key and the surrounding areas so please feel free to ask us any questions.
Why this property? My favorite thing about the property is the views! From doing dishes in the unit to sitting at the beach side pool, you can see the gorgeous blue skies and white sand. Sunsets are especially nice, and can be seen from the unit. The pool, hot tub, beach, beach cabanas, beach chairs and loungers are just steps away! A quick trip down the elevator and you are there! Easy to refill your drinks and grab some snacks. The hot tub is a big hit during the cooler months. We love cooking on the outside gas grills over looking the beach and the pool. A great alfresco beachfront dining, with picnic tables and gorgeous sunset views. Newly renovated for a great open concept feel with plenty of room to get comfortable. We have a hide-a-bed and an air mattress for extra guests.

This condo is perfectly located in the middle of Siesta Key, on the beach. It is a short distance to Siesta Key Village, that has shopping and restaurants. The condo is very comfortable, with up to date tasteful furnishings, and modern kitchen. The panoramic view of the the pool and the Gulf of Mexico is awesome. You have a very short walk to the clean well kept stunning pool. The beach is wide and has beautiful white sand with blue green water. You have plenty of room to relax, or go for a walk I do look forward to going back again.

Our stay was amazing!! The condo was a perfect location. Beautiful view! We could hop the trolly or the other ride shares. Great food, Big Water Fish( the owner recommended) and it was the best we had while we were there. Definitely coming back!

It was our first time in Siesta Key. The beaches are beautiful, so happy we chose this rental, as it was right on the beach, and had everything you need. the large windows that open allowed for the breeze and ocean waves to be heard. Kitchen was fully stocked, and looking out the window, didn't mind being in the kitchen. Place was so quiet and we enjoyed being on the beach in such a beautiful place. Siesta Key was so close, and we enjoyed several dinners at Armands circle.

The condo had absolutely everything you would need, I was very happy with the amenities. The owner was very prompt with communication and I especially enjoyed the updates to the unit. The condo is situated perfectly on the beach, it is not over populated in that area and the beach is very wide so there is enough room for everyone to have their own space. Covered parking was a great added feature as well. When I go back to Siesta Key it is the only place I will stay from now on!

Well maintained BEAUTIFUL condo ON the beach....couldn't have asked for a nicer place! Owner takes GREAT pride! He was also quick to reply to my inquiries! Kitchen was FULLY stocked, BEST VACATION SHOWER EVER and bed was FABULOUS! Owner also provides beach towels and chairs (we used beach chairs on beach). We sat every morning at the floor to ceiling OPEN window and had our coffee followed by daily 7 miles walks on the pristine beach! We LOVED everything about this place and this beach and will DEFINITELY be back!
