About the owner: We fell in love with the Sarasota/Siesta Key area a few years ago when we hosted our daughter's wedding in Sarasota. We visit the area several times per year and purchased this unit as our eventual full-time retirement home. With this in mind, we replaced most of the lighting and key pieces of furniture to create a more casual comfortable beach vibe.
Why this property? After viewing more than 10 properties, we knew this was our dream home. We had several 'must haves' in our property, including a beachfront, a great view, 2 BR, completely updated, and a wonderful pool area, We made lots of friends playing Tennis and Pickleball, the courts are on the premises. We love to entertain and there are 2 BBQ areas with and outdoor kitchen and dining tables. This property is conveniently located on Siesta beach, walking distance to town and the public beach where you can see the sand castle competition and host of other festivals. is and a great community.

This condo was just perfect! We absolutely loved the lanai with gorgeous beach views. The view from the master bedroom was beautiful as well. Everything was newly renovated and very well done. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Stephen even bought a blender for us when we asked if the condo had one. The grounds and pool were wonderful and never too busy. But the private beach in front of the condo just made our vacation. It was nice and quiet with that perfect white sand and turquoise water. Stephen was a great host. Answering any questions I had very quickly and checking in that we had everything we needed. We would love to rent again.

We really enjoyed our vacation in the great and large Apartement. Furnished great. Large kitchen with work island, dining bar with 2 high chairs and well equipped kitchen. The living room is practically furnished. And then the highlight for us, a large balcony with a fantastic view of the garden, pool, beach and the sea. My favourite place...... The master bedroom is very spacious wtih that amazing view and a large bathroom with shower and bath and a dressing room, great. The second bedroom is also beautifully and practically furnished. The whole pool area was great, lots of sun loungers and everything was always very clean. the 2 grills are also great. Had a parking space in the underground car park which was very practical. The whole house is very clean and well maintained. We liked it very much and we felt at home. we hope to come back..... many thanks to the owners.

Spectacular view. Condo had new AC and was delightfully quiet. Immaculate pool - never crowded and heated to perfection. Hot tub kept clean daily. BBQ grills available and we’re kept clean as well. Friendly people throughout the building. Tennis and Pickleball were available and were never crowded. Highly recommend Casarina

The location of Casarina and the condo unit within the building are perfect. You're a short distance from The Village, where a lot of the action is. There's even a free trolley stop at the entrance to Casarina to take you there. The pool and cookout areas are amazing. One of the nicest things was how pleasant and helpful everyone was.

Kevin B.Fantastic Location with a Beautiful View!
My husband and I live in Florida and decided to stay at the beach for a month while working remote. We had the best time in Siesta Key! This condo was great, the view is beautiful, directly on the water, with views of the beach and water from the master bedroom and porch. This condo has been recently updated, all furniture is new, nice and the place was very clean with tons of storage. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, george forman grill, crockpot, dishes, etc. The owners were wonderful to work with and we had no issues during our month long stay. The condo is in a great location being between the two main areas in Siesta Key that you would go for drinks and dinning. The condo is well maintained with a registration office for check-in, security guards at night, lots of parking including a parking garage, well maintained grounds, chairs available for this condo only at the beach, fast elevators, nice pool, hot tub and clubhouse. The clubhouse has a fridge, several tables and chairs, bathrooms and a shower -- with warm water for showering before you get in the pool. There are 2 places you can grill with large working gas grills. The gates into the condo and to get on the beach are locked-- a key fab is needed for both, this keeps people walking in off the beach to use the pool. There is also a shower to use to wash off sand at the beach gate. There is a deck near the beach that is great for watching the sunset. I can't say enough about this condo building. I liked it so much I want to buy a unit here! The pool area was never very busy, we could always find chairs and use the grills when we wanted, and met several friends while hanging out. I highly recommend staying here. We will likely rent this unit again.
