Living room has beautiful new slider doors that open to lanai. Living room also new furniture, 55" flat screen t.v. with cable, and free wifi.
All rooms have new ceiling fans, paint and new molding.
Condo is only a few steps to the #1 beach. Beach lounge chairs are supplied free of charge right in front of condo.

We truly enjoyed our stay, the condo was updated, clean and very well maintained. The view from the lanai is exactly as shown and was a great spot to start and end our days. There is no comparison to the beautiful turquoise waters and quartz-crystal white sands at the private beach. The beach is located far enough away from the public access areas thus, creating more of a resort feel. Our accommodations included everything we needed to enjoy our time including umbrellas, a beach bag and a cooler for use at the beach. The owner was a very gracious host and responded to any of our inquires within minutes. Thank you!

We had an easy check in- all of the instructions were perfect. We loved the keyless entry. The location of this property is just perfect- literal steps from the white sand beach. Lounge chairs are available for free and you can rent an umbrella if you choose. This condo has a supply closet full of anything you might need for the beach. The condo itself is updated and clean. It has a beautiful view of the Gulf. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The unit was very clean and well-stocked. Communication with the owner was excellent. The beds were comfortable. The beach is beautiful here in Siesta Key. The pool at the condo was heated and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. There are many fine restaurants in the area that are within walking or short driving distance. You really can't go wrong at this beach house. Sorry we have to leave, but we will plan to return again another time.

We really loved this property. The beach was just as described - steps outside the door. The condo had everything we needed and then some. The trolly was very convenient too - we went to the village twice and also to Turtle Beach via the trolly. Walking distance to a small grocery store was also a plus. Would definately return!

This condo has been updated and was fantastic! It was a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants. It was great to be so close and be able to just run up to the condo if we needed anything. We also really appreciated the closet with all of the beach items! We even left a skim board for the next guests. Ruth was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Yes the condo complex is directly on the beach, just steps from the condo door. Beach chairs and lounge chairs are provided free of charge at beach entrance.

Yes there are beautiful views from both bedrooms and living room. The view that you see in the pictures are taken right from the lanai/patio. There are 3 sets of slider doors that each go out onto extra long lanai. A beautiful view and breeze to enjoy morning coffee or read a book.

Do you need a car on the key?
A:
No, there are free trollys and free jitneys that take you the length of the Key. You can call a jitney and they will pick you up, they just work on tips. The free trolly picks you up outside the condo by the road and they take you to the public beach, stores or the famous "Village"
Ruth was so amazing, Almost as amazing as her condo! She was so knowledgeable and so accommodating! Her remodeled condo is beautiful and love the extra touches. Owning rentals previously she did everything right in her condo and how she is on top of everything. The views were amazing We can not wait to go back next year.
