The location and style of the property did not disappoint. The condo was large with a great view of the gulf. There are restaurants and bars close by and plenty to do a trolley ride away. Fantastic holiday in a fantastic condo in a fantastic place.

My family had a wonderful, relaxing week. The condo was very clean, kitchen well equipped. Comfortable beds. Closet full of beach items, including blown up inner tubes to float around in the water w/a drink in hand. Great, easy access to the beautiful, white sand beach. Beach chairs available on the beach was a big plus. Owner was friendly, & quick to respond w/any questions I had. Close covered parking spot. Only used car couple times during week traveling off SK. This is the perfect spot!!! Walking distance to Capt Curts/Sniki Tiki w/Awesome clam chowder. The Village shops, restaurants, lil grocery store are only a trolley ride or a frog hop ride away -just give a tip. Highly recommend! We will be back!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was perfect for my family. I traveled with my mom, sister, nephew, husband and our two kids and the size was exactly what we needed. Check in was a BREEZE! Gate code for entry and keyless entry to the room which is perfect for the beach so you don’t need to keep track of a key. Assigned parking spots so you don’t have to drive around to find one. BEACH CHAIRS ARE PROVIDED! This was probably the highlight of our beach time. We flew in so not having to bring or buy chairs just to leave them was awesome! We rented an umbrella for the week for only $75! It was all set up for us every day and we just went down to the beach right at 7:30 in the morning to put our tags on the chairs we wanted and then went back to the condo until we were ready for the day. Another highlight was beach toys (and I mean lots of beach toys) were already in the condo! I didn’t bring any because of weight limits so I had planned to buy some and have to also leave those behind. To my delight there were buckets, shovels, boogie boards, and donut floats! There were even floaties for my 2 year old for the pool! The bathrooms were so nice. The shower tile isn’t slippery AT ALL. I was worried because my toddler does not like taking showers at other places because he feels scared to slip and fall and usually cries we can’t get him out fast enough. He was standing in the shower with ease and didn’t cry once! The patio is screened in so you don’t have to worry about bugs or gnats flying around everywhere (my kid loves to eat them so this was a big deal for us lol). The hosts were so easy to contact and replied within minutes. The washer and dryer are right outside the room which makes it easy to wash and make lunch without missing out on any time with family. We were even able to buy rolls of quarters from the office! Like I said, I can’t say enough good things about this place. I have stayed several places and while most have been nice, this one checked every box on our list. Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay, the condo was updated, clean and very well maintained. The view from the lanai is exactly as shown and was a great spot to start and end our days. There is no comparison to the beautiful turquoise waters and quartz-crystal white sands at the private beach. The beach is located far enough away from the public access areas thus, creating more of a resort feel. Our accommodations included everything we needed to enjoy our time including umbrellas, a beach bag and a cooler for use at the beach. The owner was a very gracious host and responded to any of our inquires within minutes. Thank you!

We had an easy check in- all of the instructions were perfect. We loved the keyless entry. The location of this property is just perfect- literal steps from the white sand beach. Lounge chairs are available for free and you can rent an umbrella if you choose. This condo has a supply closet full of anything you might need for the beach. The condo itself is updated and clean. It has a beautiful view of the Gulf. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The unit was very clean and well-stocked. Communication with the owner was excellent. The beds were comfortable. The beach is beautiful here in Siesta Key. The pool at the condo was heated and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. There are many fine restaurants in the area that are within walking or short driving distance. You really can't go wrong at this beach house. Sorry we have to leave, but we will plan to return again another time.

We really loved this property. The beach was just as described - steps outside the door. The condo had everything we needed and then some. The trolly was very convenient too - we went to the village twice and also to Turtle Beach via the trolly. Walking distance to a small grocery store was also a plus. Would definately return!

This condo has been updated and was fantastic! It was a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants. It was great to be so close and be able to just run up to the condo if we needed anything. We also really appreciated the closet with all of the beach items! We even left a skim board for the next guests. Ruth was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!
