About the owner: I am from Massachusetts and have been coming to Siesta Key since the 1980's. I instantly fell in love with it. Siesta Key is truly a year round, perfect destination to experience relaxation and that "Island Vibe".
This Townhouse has been in my family for many years, now I have the pleasure of sharing this beautiful Island treasure and its laid back atmosphere with you.

Yes. Kindly rinse off beach chairs before bringing back into Townhouse. There is a hose and water spigot located at the far end of the pool for convenience.

The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was so nice to have beach towels, chairs, and sand toys provided. The location is perfect. It's a very short walk to the beach. Some restaurants are also in walking distance. The entire experience was wonderful. We will definitely come back.

This condo was perfect for our 4th of July vacation on Siesta Key! It is super well located and well appointed. First the location and convenience: We could walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes on a private path every morning, and we used the heated pool in the courtyard in the afternoons to relax. Then we would walk back to the beach for sunset! We also loved being within walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Second is the place itself: The layout of the unit is excellent with different levels that allow it to feel private and spacious. It is well decorated and furnished. I give the cleanliness 5 stars. It was spotless, and even the toilet paper rolls were folded for decoration when we arrived! It is surprisingly quiet for being so close to the action. We will definitely be back!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! Whether looking for a quiet, relaxing time away, or jazzing it up with some nightlife, this is THE perfect location! Condo is spacious and clean. You can quietly relax with a book by the pool in the complex or take a short walk down to the white sand beach of Siesta Key. Restaurants are a short walk away and if looking for a bit more, a short ride to the Village will not disappoint for shopping, dining or cocktails.

We stay here every year and absolutely love this place! the condo is always well maintained, clean, has all the amenities you would expect (cable, internet/wifi, etc.,) and is super spacious for a large family. Love that it has a private pool, always well maintained and kept clean; but the best part of staying in this condo is the location -- only a 5 min walk to crescent beach and within walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants. Also, area is away from the downtown/village crazyness which is a plus for us. Can't beat the location and the homey lived-in feel of this condo. Highly recommend!

Condo has everything you could possibly need for your vacation! Perfect location walking distance to many outdoor eateries! Just a short walk to the most beautiful white sand beaches our family LOVES! After a day at the beach we would always enjoy our afternoons by the pool. By far the most relaxing vacations ever. We loved the location of this condo. Quick and easy walk to the beach and local restaurants and bars. The condo was super clean, tastefully decorated and roomy. Owners were so easy to work with. We had an amazing time on pink sands of siesta key. Sunsets were incredible and we loved our morning walks on the beach. I highly recommend this condo for your vacation.
