Every unit is individually owned, which means no two are alike, but they fall into a few key groups.

Public parking is free but competitive. You can find on-street parking along Ocean Boulevard and lots at Avenida de Maya and Siesta Beach.
Siesta Key Village has an active nightlife scene. If you want a quieter rental, look for listings off the main strip.
The county only permits rentals of under 30 days in properties zoned for Residential Multi-Family. That’s why some listings have 30-day minimums.
Same island, genuinely different stays. The Village sits at the north end, and many of the resort communities below are 1.5 to 2.5 miles south or near Crescent Beach.
