Beautiful house on Siesta Key with private pool and generous space. 15 min walk to the beach!
This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom private home is located in discreet residential neighborhood, on the beautiful Siesta Key island.
It offers a large fenced outdoor area, with a private pool, plenty of parking and can accommodate up to 6 guests!
This is a well maintained but older Floridian home with Floridian amenities and furniture, which is all part of its charm.
As you enter the home into the generous living space with comfortable seating and a wide screened Smart TV, you notice the large windows that offer plenty of light into the open floor plan.
To your left are the two guest bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed, the other with two single-sized beds, both with easy access to the shared bathroom in the hallway.
To your right, you’ll see the oval shaped dining table leading to the fully equipped open kitchen. Amenities includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge (with ice maker), kettle, toaster, coffee machine with filters, a blender, and a keurig.
The private hallway on the right hand side guides you to the master bedroom, which includes a king sized bed and a en-suite bathroom with a shower. You will love the charming and tasteful decoration.
The sliding door, in the center of the floor plan, leads to the enclosed backyard that offers a refreshing pool, outside seating, a propane BBQ grill and lush greenery.
There is also generous parking space available for two cars in the driveway.
There are several beach chairs, one parasol, two coolers, a beach cart and beach towels, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenient use.
You can’t beat the location!
Just a three-minute drive to Siesta Key Village, which offers plenty of dining and shopping opportunities, just a seven-minute drive to the Public beach access to USA’s #1 Beach - Siesta Key, and a ten-minute drive downtown.
Rental bikes are available on Siesta Key, so that you won’t have to drive during your stay on the island.

great location to the Village and beach
A wonderful location on Siesta Key--we loved being able to walk to the Village and easily walk to the beach. The house has an open feeling with a large living/eating/kitchen area. I cooked a good bit and appreciated the very well-equipped kitchen. The pool area is lovely with lots of seating...we ate every meal outside. Pool is nice though would have been used more if it was heated. We have already made plans to return in March 2025

Great house in a quiet neighborhood close to the Village and beach.
Our family of six stayed for the month of February. The home was cozy, and the layout was very functional for all of us. It offered all the conveniences and amenities of home. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare any meal. The outdoor grill was an added feature. The bedrooms were comfortable and private. The pool was not warm enough to swim in, but it was relaxing to sit around when spending time in the private back yard. The location was great, situated in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. One of the highlights we enjoyed was the close walkable proximity to The Village and beach accesses #2-5. It was convenient to get off the island if you needed to. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and Sandrine was pleasant to work with and took care of any issue we had in a timely manner.
