I think this is what Heaven must be like.. Our stay here was wonderful! This is a beautifully renovated, clean, and comfortable unit. It is the whole top floor of a two unit building (no elevator; 27 steps to get into unit). There are 3 bedrooms; 2 queens and a king, all with flatscreen TV’s and comfortable mattresses. Bathrooms were gorgeous! Towels, beach towels, and all linens provided. The kitchen is spacious and was well appointed with everything you need.. dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Washer and dryer also in unit. There is also a beautiful wet-bar with wine cooler in the dining area. The living area is open floor plan. A hightop dining table with barstool chairs seats 8 comfortably. There is a large flatscreen tv and a propane fireplace in the living room as well as a very comfortable couch, loveseat, and 2 barrel chairs. The wraparound deck outside gives you a glimpse of the beach. This unit is one of three houses sitting in a row from beach to street and this one is the one closest to the street but very little street noise. There is covered parking directly under the building on one side and a patio with tables, chairs, and a grill on the other side. A nice pool that is shared with the other 2 units gives you a beach view. All beach amenities were stored downstairs as well.. beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, pool noodles were available for use as well as soft sided coolers to pack snacks and drinks. A wagon was provided to cart things down the adjacent beach access but we found it was easier to just carry our things. 5 minute walk down the access to the beach…this is my idea of heaven! During our stay in August, there were not a lot of people at the access so our part of the beach was very quiet.. a few couples and a few kids here and there.. got a little busier on the weekends but not like the public beach. If you haven’t been here before, siesta sand is like white baby powder and doesn’t get hot. The ocean was about 89°.. a little warm but not bad. Siesta is a beautiful beach for families because a sandbar creates a pool area by the beach and the waves are usually very gentle unless there is a storm. The Village is about a quarter mile (15 minute) walk from the unit.. filled with lots of restaurants and shops, including Olaf’s ice cream. There are several ride services to get you around the key if needed. Host was immediately attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend this rental..we’ll definitely stay here again!

This rental had everything you could want. It is newly updated and is fully stocked with nice amenities. The beach can be seen from the unit and has a walking path to the water right next to the condo. Siesta Key village is a 10 minute walk and is packed with great restaurants. The owner was very easy to work with and was quick with responses to our questions. Treat yourself to this wonderful rental!

Everything about this property was Excellent! Luxury, location, beach, water and host were so perfect! The condo was spacious and the renovations were top of the line! Kitchen, baths, bedrooms, great room had everything we needed. The beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon and rafts were perfect as well. Everything was positive! Our family of 6 has a truly perfect vacation!

This stay was absolutely amazing. From the host, the property, location, and accommodations; nothing could have been more perfect. The stay and accommodations were perfectly decorated and the kitchen was great for family dinners. Everything was super clean and tidy. The open concept was great for hanging out and enjoying company. The deck itself was perfect with a great oceanfront view! I cannot wait to go back!

Violet S.Beautiful view and amazing location in Siesta Key
Stayed in this beautiful condo steps away from the beach. Completely renovated, ocean view. Trolley stop across the street or take a 10 minute walk to Siesta Village. Pool on premises too! The owner was so patient with my million questions as we were staying for 3 months while we looked for a home. Only regret was having to leave.
