The condo benefits from its own private pool. The living room, master bedroom, kitchen, and lanai (balcony) all have stunning ocean views. The lanai, with over $10,000 of new doors and windows, is furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. There is also a beautiful couch to curl up and read a book on with the sound of the ocean to keep you company. The Master Bedroom has a beautiful new King Bed, and the 2nd bedroom has two new double beds. The condo is ideal for couples or families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
The condo went through a two month $100K renovation in Aug/Sept 2022. The new kitchen is fantastic and offers unbelievable views of the ocean. New high end flooring, lighting, and furniture will ensure your stay is phenomenal.
We were awarded the Certificate of Excellence from Trip Advisor prior to our beautiful new renovation - it's even better than before! You will love the views and being able to hear the sound of the ocean. The sunsets are spectacular!
Unique Benefits
This unit has its own dedicated high-speed broadband WIFI along with a smart 55" FRAME TV. There is a full size washer/dryer steps away from the back door. Boat docks are available for guests use at no extra charge!! Bring your boat or rent one after you get here. Keep it right at the condo all week long. Happy to provide recommendations for boat, SUP, Kayak, and Bike rentals to ensure you have everything you need and want for your stay.
The condo is located less than 25 minutes from Sarasota airport, 75 minutes from Tampa, and two and a half hours from Orlando. Tons of great restaurants and golf courses are nearby. Always happy to provide suggestions.
Our unique location is on the southern end of Siesta Key and is very quiet and un-crowded. The view is to the west is amazing for spectacular sunsets! It's not unusual to be able to watch dolphins swim by in the Gulf from the lanai / patio and see Manatees in the lagoon on the east side of the building.

About the neighbourhood
Just a short walk takes you to Siesta Village. The stores there will meet all your vacation needs: swim wear, sandals and gifts, food and beverages. We have a wide range of restaurants to choose from on Siesta Key. The condo is located in a very safe and quiet area on the key. We are 5min away from the village that has a vibrant nightlife with nightly live music and several open-air establishments so you can enjoy the beautiful weather. There are no traffic lights in Siesta Village and it is very pedestrian friendly. There are numerous activities within 5-15min away (Mote Acquarium, Golf, Tennis, Biking, Boating, Wildlife Parks, Parasailing, Kayaking, Gator Parks, and fabulous restaurants from $ to $$$$).
Getting around...
The Siesta Key Breeze trolley made its way through Sarasota and onto Siesta Key today. Effective March 20th, 2017, SCAT added the Siesta Key Breeze open-air trolley service to its county transportation routes. The cost is FREE and runs Monday thru Sunday 8am-midnight. Enjoy a glass or wine or two with dinner and not have to worry about driving!

Why this property? We purchased our condo over 15 years ago when our children were much younger. We fell in love with the views and proximity to the ocean and intercoastal waterway. It's a peaceful spot on the Key that is very safe and comfortable. The sunsets are spectacular from the unit. We don't like the tall monster condos that are set back on the Key. Being close to the beach and water on the 2nd story of an intimate 3 story building is perfect!
We received a 2019 Certificate of Excellence for our property with consistent 5/5 star reviews. Come see why we fell in love with our "little piece of paradise" on Siesta Key :)

Our vacation experience in Siesta Keys was amazing. The condo owner was so communicative, provided a rental agreement after my inquiry, and all the needed to know info about the unit and area closer to the time off our visit. The condo was beautifully decorated and provided all the necessities to make our vacation comfortable including a well equipped kitchen. There are views fill from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The beach is literally steps away so we could walk and see the sunrise every morning and sit and see the sunset in the evening. The trolly at the end of the road provided a fun and convenient way to head to the village at night for dinner. It was the best family vacation ever and we plan to return again

We had booked Sanibel Island for December 22 in March of 22. Unfortunately, in October I needed to find a new location for our Christmas vacation because of the damage Ian inflicted on Sanibel. It was not easy to find a place in Siesta Key given the time. However, in searching I came across a condo in Siesta Keys that was advertised by the owner. I inquired by email and Kevin got back to me within an hour and we moved forward with booking the condo. Kevin has been a great communicator. He sent a rental agreement right away and sent us all we needed to know about the complex and area as we got closer to Christmas week.The condo was amazing with a view of the ocean from the open kitchen/living room as well as the Master bedroom. The condo was well stocked with all needed items to cook and make our stay comfortable and beautifully furnished. One of the best parts was you walk right down the stairs and onto the beach. We enjoyed long morning walks on the beach and sitting in the sun in the afternoon. Then we could walk out to the end of the road and hop onto the trolley to one of the many fabulous restaurants in the village. We had the best vacation ever and we would love to do it again in the future.

Erin B.Amazing, Relaxing and Perfect Beach Condo
The location of the condo is a perfect place between the hustle and bustle of the town and somewhere private and relaxing. The space itself has everything you would need from a girls trip (which we had), a trip for two, or a fun place to bring the kids. The condo has a ton of amenities and was just updated. The owners take great care of the place and are very nice to communicate with. I'd recommend this place over and over again and I hope more people are able to enjoy it as we did! Lastly, I especially like how you are able to rent paddle boards in the bay and then go across to the ocean... be sure to rent a paddle board if you have the chance!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo right on a gorgeous beach. Comfortable beds, well-equipped, updated kitchen, bathrooms, and beach-view lanai made it a perfect home base for our vacation. Great beach for long walks, convenient pool, peaceful location with fun restaurants and shopping close by gave us the best of both worlds! The owner was super helpful with recommendations for bike rentals and other questions. Highly recommended—we will definitely be back!

Loved being away from the hustle of Siesta Key Beach, but close enough to visit. Two restaurants right across the street were convenient. We loved being so close to the beach. Lanai was perfect. We also had the best weather for March.

Kevin and Elaine, Now that we have returned to reality, we would like to say thank you for sharing your beach front condo with us! We had such a relaxing and memorable vacation! Waking up every morning and ending every evening to the sound of the ocean was simply beautiful! We did everything we wanted to do, plus some! To enhance the shelling and shark tooth experience, we left behind a screened shovel for others to enjoy! The only suggestion we have is to consider fixing the front door lock. It was becoming very difficult to manipulate. The next time we visit Siesta Key, your place will be our first choice! Thank you, P and M

Glad you had a great time. We have asked our maintenance person to look into a lock change. The salt water from the ocean plays havoc on our lock box. The current one is the best one we have had in the last 20 years. We will definitely have it looked at!

Highly recommend this beautifully appointed condo on Turtle Beach in Siesta Key!! The decor and space in this unit is top notch! I worked remotely many mornings looking out of the lanai and couldn't have asked for a better view of the Gulf! The unit was one of the cleanest we have stayed in, and it had everything else we could ever need!! We hated to leave this special place in paradise! Also, the renter, Kevin quickly accommodated our request to pull the bunk bed apart for our very tall, grown up kids staying in the 2nd bedroom! Judy, with the cleaning service was also awesome as well!! Definitely two thumbs up!! You will not regret renting this unit from Kevin!

This was the perfect location for a quiet getaway! Kevin, the owner was more than accommodating! The condo is exactly as described and the lanai allowed us to feel like we were directly on the beach yet protected from the unusually high winds and cooler temperatures. The beach is directly below this second story condo, with outdoor entrance and elevator and stairs right out the door for easy access. It also comes with a private parking spot, so no need to look for one! The beach was gorgeous with so many large and hard to normally find shells. We wanted a quiet Covid getaway and take out and delivery was very close, but we will want to go back and fully enjoy the area, especially Siesta Key Village which is only a short drive away. Biking and walking areas are abundant through the quiet residential area that you drive through to enter the complex. We also took a short drive to Myakka River Sate Park to bike and hike there! I would highly recommend this condo, and hope to be able to return soon.

Joy V.Perfect Beach Condo Holiday!
We had the perfect holiday at this 2 bedroom condo on the beach. The location was perfect! We enjoyed the sleeping porch in the morning with coffee while watching the birds and fisherman getting an early catch. The location is private and the beach is filled with shells and sea birds to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped for making morning coffee of cooking a meal with Cuisinart pans! Afternoon tea is also easy with the white teapot provided. Siesta Key Village at the other end of the island a a few minutes away has shopping and restaurants while Sarasota is a 10 minutes drive. We didn't want to leave and hope to visit again early next year!

We had an AMAZING stay here. The best two things about this rental was the CLOSENESS to the beach and the beautiful balcony with an amazing view of the palm tree and the beach/ocean. The condo had everything we needed. The beds and couches were super comfortable. The owners were incredibly accommodating. We loved having so much privacy on our porch and on the beach as Turtle Beach is close to the “hustle and bustle” but far enough away for a peaceful vacation. We loved riding our bikes and walking to nearby restaurants as well. Will definitely stay here again. We loved it! Zero complaints.

Lovely to stay on the quiet end of Siesta Key. Could hear the water lapping the shore all day. Took lovely long walks along the beach to Point of Rocks and snorkelled the days away. Kevin’s place is clean and well appointed. A pleasure to spend time in the living and sleeping areas.
