Relax and listen to the waves while sitting on your private lani. You're on the top floor (6th) of the Siesta Breakers Condominium, a private, gated facility with direct access to Crescent Beach, the #1 Top Rated beach in the USA.
This luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, has been kept up to date and is in top condition. It can sleep up to 5 and you have a great view of the beach. Watch the most incredible sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious apartment has leather furniture and is decorated with an island flair. Each bedroom has a TV, dresser, night stands and a large walk in closet. The master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the lani. The guest bedroom has a queen and twin size beds.
You can see the beach looking out the windows in each of the bedrooms. Every room in the condo has a ceiling fan.
The condo has everything you need to have a great time. There is free high speed Wi-Fi. If you have friends over it has a fully equipped kitchen, all the pots, pans, plates, utensils, glasses and cups for up to 8 people. There are linens, towels, and separate towels for the beach. A free full size washer and dryer is in the unit for you convenience.
This condominium is very quiet, safe and secure. You are given a gate code, good for your stay, to allow you access into this gated condominium. There is a reserved covered parking space for you just 20 steps away from the elevator.
There is a heated pool and the landscaping is wonderfully done in a tropical theme. There are 2 lighted tennis courts and even a gas grill for the guests to use. For any problems, concerns, you might have or just directions to somewhere, there is at least one manager on duty 56 days a week in the office.
Not all the rental units at Siesta Breakers are created equal. Only about half of them (the south building) can you watch the sun, from your lani, slowly settle into the Gulf of Mexico's horizon without leaving the condo. It is so relaxing and absolutely beautiful. A great ending for the day.
It's quiet, especially on the top floor. You can hear the surf when laying in bed at night with the windows open. In the evening when you look out at the beach you don't see that "city glow" on the horizon... the star gazing is excellent.
The rental office and maintenance staff are located on the premises. They are available only to those who book thru the front office. Making your stay worry free.
Try getting a light bulb changed or a repair problem looked at when booking with an outside vacation rental company.
We don't charge and additional fee for cleaning. After all you are on vacation and it's one less thing to get nickel and dimed for. We include the cleaning fee into the rental rates. We thought it would just be a nice thing to do.
Siesta Breakers is located directly on Crescent Beach, rated one of the top 10 beaches in the world. I's quartz white sand never gets hot and feels like your walking on powered sugar.
This luxury condominium resort is in the perfect location....almost directly across from Stickney Point Bridge making getting to the mainland a breeze. Who wants to sit in traffic when your on vacation?
There are several free shuttles that can take you on a 5 min ride to Siesta Key Village where there are fabulous boutique shops and even more great restaurants and bars.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
It's walking distance (across the street) to more than 6 restaurants and bars, a grocery store, bike , kayak and power boat rentals, fishing charters, para-sailing, jet skies and eco tours.
It's great to walk to the gourmet ice cream store after dinner for a treat!
Just another block away there is a pharmacy, post office, wine & liquor store, fish market and one of the finest French restaurants on the island.

Everybody like to go to Florida in the early spring and summer. The weather is great and hot in the summer months. The down side is that it's crowded.
What most people don't realize is that September and October are some of the best months to be there.
The temperature is more like the spring and it's not as hot as summer time.
Also it's not nearly as crowded. Traffic is not as bad and you don't waste you vacation time sitting in traffic .
The wait time getting into a restaurant is much easier too.
Also the rental rates are the lowest of the year.
It's my favorite time of the year to be there.

For a 5th person add $100 whether it's 1 week or a month rental.
A $400.00 deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund (minus a $100 cancellation fee) will be made for any cancellations made in writing with at least 60 days notice. There are no refunds for cancellation with less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Year Purchased: 2015
About the owner: This condominium has been in my family for close to 25 years. Only recently has it been available for renting to the public. My family and myself have many great memories of the vacations we spent there, swimming, looking for shark teeth, finding sand dollars on the beach. Walking along the beach at all times of the day and night enjoying the beauty of the Gulf. We were so lucky to have such a great place to look forward to year after year.
Why this property? Siesta Breakers keeps looking better and better each year. The palm trees have really grown tall. The grass growing on the dune has really developed. It's like everywhere you look could be a picture.
All the owners at Siesta Breakers really take pride in the complex and each year improve it a little more.
