Area Information
Fisherman’s Cove, Siesta Key Gulf Front! Sandwiched between the Gulf of Mexico and Blind Pass Lagoon which leads to Sarasota Bay, you can enjoy sunning or fishing from the Gulf or Lagoon or kayaking and paddle boarding. Our Siesta Key location on the island’s south end features the best shelling on the island as well. The Gulf waters are only 150 feet from your beachfront lanai. Enjoy romantic sunsets from the comfort of your apartment’s private terrace or directly on the beach.
You can walk south along our beachfront and enjoy at least one mile of undeveloped property. Continue on if you wish for many miles of serenity to Casey Key.
Bring your boat or rent one for a day as the boat docks are free! Your boat trailer must be kept off property and the on-site office can provide a list of places in the area for storage.
Each unit features cable television, high speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, a heated community pool, a clubhouse with library, shuffleboard court, boat slips, kayak launching and assigned parking. NO Pets allowed. The on-site office staff is there to be of service.
Dine at several excellent restaurants within walking distance, or drive to Crescent Beach approximately 2.5 miles north where there is a grocery and other stores and restaurant options. The Siesta Key Village is approximately 7 miles distance on the island. Off island trips bring you to diverse neighborhoods and shopping and dining areas within a 15 to 30 minute drive.
Fisherman’s Cove, Siesta Key, is adjacent to Turtle Beach with picnic area, grills and boat ramp. You will drive through Turtle Beach Park to our gated community – leaving the traffic behind. Our south end of Siesta Key is known as the quieter end of the island and has a laid back feel. The action on the northern end is available via free trolley service or thru one of the free ride services that work for tips.
While you are here, you will want to visit Siesta Key Public Beach and put your toes in the world famous white sand which consists of 99% pure quartz, ultimately derived from the southern Appalachians. Over millennia, rivers carried the grains of sand into the Gulf of Mexico and south along Florida’s coast. Those quartz grains are fine, without any coral or shell fragments, which results in sand with a soft, flour-like texture.
Sarasota is known as the Cultural Center of Florida with many live theaters and art galleries. Definitely worth a visit is the Ringling Campus with the State Art Museum of Florida, the Circus Museum and Ca’ d’Zan Mansion on Sarasota Bay. Marie Selby Botanical Gardens is another very special attraction in Sarasota for both adults and children.

So glad you enjoyed your stay here at Fisherman's Cove! We look forward to seeing you again.
Almost perfect
I say this because, the weather was unbearably hot, (heat index some days 110) Everyday was 95 or higher. However the condo was comfortable, cute and the most beautiful veiw of the ocean. The lanai doors could open across the room, where we enjoyed our morning coffee and saw dolphins, seagulls and herons. The kitchen could use a few things like dish towels, pot holders and minor things but mostly equipped with what was needed/Toaster, Coffee pot, blender etc. Beach towels and beach chairs were supplied! Loved it. Looking forward to going back next year

Beach access was spectacular!
This is the very best location! The condo was beautiful and very clean. All the beach chairs and umbrellas were there for us to use which was very nice and convenient. The person (Dina Kruk) who booked the condo was very helpful, friendly and amazing!. We are planning on coming back!

Cute review! Thanks for the 5 stars and come back very soon! Reservations Team
Right on the ocean
This condo was very nice and gave our family plenty of room to relax and have fun. Everything we needed was right there! Much better than being in a hotel. You could walk out the back door and be right on the beach or walk out the front door to the cove with a dock. My son was in fishing heaven abd caught many fish from the cove and the ocean. We enjoyed having the gas grill and the kitchen to cook meals and then having the oceanfront view to eat them with!
