Charter boats leave daily from marinas less than a mile from the house. Prefer a higher octane sport? Rent bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, personal watercraft or pleasure boats on the key. Shopping? Bring your charge card, you’ll find both funky and exotic temptations in local boutiques. Golfing? Over a dozen golf courses lie within a 40 minute drive. Museums and galleries? Plenty. Booked this spot for the first time and spent a wonderful week there with my three sisters for a birthday celebration. The weather was great and the beach and water were everything we had hoped it would be!Liz responded quickly when a minor issue with the AC came up and all was good to go! The kitchen was well appointed and we ended up eating out just once and we cooked the rest of the time. The house was perfect for the four of us and we made some great memories! We've already booked for the same time next year! New traditions!

Perfect oceanfront stay! Group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children under 10). Fit our 2 families perfectly and is only steps from the beach making it easy to run back and forth. Close to all shops/ice cream/restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen, updates throughout, comfortable beds and linens and cute beachy decor. Rented beach chairs and a tent for the week from a local company. Outdoor area was perfect for nights/mornings while the kids played football in the grass and on the beach. Pool was huge and there was never an issue finding seats/shade. Booked for next summer already!

This location is absolutely amazing. It is rare to find a beachfront with 4 bedrooms. This location allows us to have 3 generations with something for everyone. The sand is clean and beautiful and the sunsets are gorgeous. This is our 3rd time in this unit and our 5th time at Aloha Kai.We have tried other places, but there is nothing like this one.The management is responsive and kind and we have never had any problems. We will see you next year!

Beautiful, gorgeous, breathtaking! If you are looking for a bungalow on the beach, look no further. Our family of five with 3 teenagers fit beautifully here. Wonderful accommodations with a stocked kitchen and towels/linens provided. The sunsets in your ‘front yard’ each evening do not disappoint. We came in November for Thanksgiving and the weather was divine not to mention clear waters and white sand. Siesta Village was fun to explore as well and close enough to ride to on bikes.

Siesta Key is absolutely beautiful and Lynn's house is literally on the beach. A short walk across a wide expanse of sand - cool even in hot weather - brings you directly into the Caribbean Sea. The best restaurants are a short drive away as is a grocery store and lots of cool shops that my wife highly recommends!The house had everything we needed. Too much space for just the two of us but we picked the house based on location. The neighbors were great - sharing tips about the local area.We have rented beach houses before many times. This is the best one we have found.

Wow, is all I can say! We had the most perfect week at this perfect home that steps right on to the sand! I never wore shoes! The kitchen had everything you need. As a tea lover there was even an electric kettle and Teapot to brew my perfect cup in the AM as I sat on the outdoor patio to enjoy the unobstructed view of the perfect beach. The beds were all comfy! The decor of the entire house was very well done. We never turned on the TV once! Our day was spent at the beach, dinner then back to the beach for sunset watching! Kids enjoyed every minute. The water at this time of year was warm and a beautiful turquoise color like being in the Caribbean or Hawaii! You won't be disappointed with the gem on the #1 Beach in the USA. The village of Siesta Key is close and convenient. Lynn is very responsive to any inquiry you have. Great owners! We plan to rent again next summer!

This amazing duplex is absolutely perfect for a family getaway! From the cute quiet brick street leading to the house, to the towels embroidered w/colorful fish, you won't be disappointed in the details this treasure has to offer! From the well appointed kitchen, to the extra power strips, to the extra bedding and towels and BBQ grill complete w/accessories. One bedroom has it's own little patio w/chase lounge if you need to escape from the family and soak in the salty air alone! Each family member had a need to be near the beach to help heal our hears after the loss of my husband in August. He would have loved the beautiful sunsets while sitting on the patio. The beach is amazing as always, but here, it's a little more calm and quieter. You won't go wrong renting this haven. It is worth every penny. Imagine sitting on the back porch early in the morning, the salty air blowing and the sounds of the ocean.....you won't want to go home!!!

The large pool is a 5 minute walk down a private road of interlocking bricks. Our house is at one end of the Aloha Kai development next to the beach. The pool is at the other end, next to Midnight Pass Road, the main street on Siesta Key.
There are two sets of two bedooms. The two bedrooms closest to the beach share a bathroom that is located between them. The other two bedrooms share the bathroom with the walk-in shower. To get to the bedroom with the powder room you must pass through the bedroom with the attached walk-in shower or enter it through the patio doors that access the garden area. This setup can be seen in the photo of the floorplan.
You can arrive any time from 3 pm on and are expected to leave at 10 am.
The maximum occupancy is 8, including young children and infants.
