This is Paradise you private 2 bedroom, 2 full bath large private villa. Its like having your own private house two minute walk to have your toes on the sand of the #1 white sand beach. This is a villa on the beachside, its a 2 to 3 minute walk and you will be on a wide beautiful private part of Siesta Key/Crescent beach. Beach chairs and Lounge chairs are provided free of charge right at beach entrance. We are located on a private part of famous Siesta Key beach, no public crowds to deal with, no trying to find a parking spot. There is an Olympic size heated pool with club house. There are also kayaks, paddle boards and clam shell loungers that can be rented right at the beach. You can grab kayak or paddle board and bring it right to the beautiful gulf waters. This is truly Paradise. At night walk steps to see the most amazing sunsets!

This private villa has 2 queen beds in one room and a King bed in the other room. It also has a pull out sofa sleeper. Villa also have to full baths, both with walk in showers.

Villa also has a large private lanai, perfect for lounging, meals or morning coffee. All just steps the most amazing views and sunsets. You will want to get a drink and enjoy the famous Siesta Key sunsets. There is no stairs or elevators, just walk out of your private villa right to the amazing beach.

Everything that you need is provided, a fully stocked kitchen, all linens provided, beach chairs and beach loungers supplied free of charge a beach entrance.

Tv's in all rooms and wifi .

This is Paradise on the #1 beach, is a short walk to have your feet can be in the soft white sands of Siesta Key! No roads to cross, easy to go back and forth from the beach.

You have your own beach villa. There is no walking though a building or need for elevator. You park right in front of your villa. Complex has a beautiful wide part of the private part of Siesta Key beach. Beach loungers and chairs are provided free at the beach entrance. There is a service where you can have a large umbrella with beach chairs set up for you each day so it will be ready for you for whenever you go to the beach. They also have tents, clam shell loungers, kayaks and paddle boards to rent.
The beach always has plenty of space, never crowded since only the guests at the complex are using that part of the beach.
No need to fight for a parking spot or space at the public beach.
A perfect spot in paradise.
The famous free Siesta Key trolly stops in front of complex and will take you anywhere on the key with stops at Siesta Key Village.
