This is also a great area to prepare and enjoy a quick meal at the snack bar for four. Stainless Steel pots and pans are easily accessible as they hang from kitchen pot and pan light fixture. Kitchen is open to living and dining room area with unobstructed and panoramic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.

in the other seasons, all advance deposits will be refunded. If renter does not send written cancellation of the reservation within the

forfeited. Refund of any advance rent will be made if the property is re-rented for the same time period or longer. No refunds
for no-shows or early departures.

had a lot of great options that were not found on the typical rental sites. I sent multiple requests and received feedback from most of the requests that I submitted. The owner of the unit we ended up booking reached out to me directly to confirm interest and confirm the booking. Payment, directions, and contact with the owner was available via email and phone. We didn’t have to take any beach essentials with us, all were provided by the condo owner. Midnight Cove II was the perfect location for my family. The rental was clean and the perfect set up for our family of four. We will definitely be looking into the unit for our next trip to Florida.

This place is one of a kind. It has everything you need. Our family rents out the entire place every couple years. The location is amazing...right by the village and beach. The rooms are clean and bug free!!! Paul is awesome; he is very attentive and really goes out of his way to make your stay the very best.

hi, I cannot review the property, because I did not have the opportunity to stay. This review is in regards to the host. Although I was not able to make my reservation due to the property already being booked, he still called me back and gave me some other recommendations on where I could continue to look. Airbnb had canceled my reservation two days before my stay was to start and I inquired about this location. We have rented this place for a second time because it is just great. We are a large family/ friend group that have rented all the rooms available and have always had a magnificent time here. The pool and hot tub are perfect for the kiddos while the ample seating, covered area and grill are great for the adults. The location is perfect walking distance to the beach as well as the village and everything needed for the beach is provided including umbrellas. When we go back to Siesta Key, we will be booking this place again for sure!
