BEAUTIFUL CONDO DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM SIESTA KEY BEACH!

Amazing

This rental property was perfect for our family!! It’s located directly across from the beach access and there are plenty of beach chairs, toys and umbrellas that are supplied. You can easily walk downtown in 15 minutes or the free trolley pick up is across the street. The condo itself is very well taken care and very spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities of home and all newer appliances. The high ceiling makes it feel like you’re in a home and not a hotel. The beds are very comfortable and two full bathrooms gave everyone their own space! The owner was easy to contact with any questions and very responsive! We can’t wait to go back!

Gorgeous Siesta Key Condo

I could rave about this condo and Cristina for days! The condo itself was everything we hoped it would be and more. It was so absolutely comfortable and charming, with every amenity you could wish for. We absolutely loved the idea of leaving non-perishables in the fridge/pantry. This was so incredibly helpful when cooking. It also just made it feel more like home. It was so nice to have spices and basic things available! The beach towels and chairs, and all the beach amenities were awesome! The condo is decorated perfectly! I wouldn’t change a single thing. We absolutely loved being there as we felt so comfortable and at home. The turtles off the back deck were so fun! The kids absolutely loved this and looked forward to seeing them each morning. The public parking lot before the beach was larger than we expected and kind of a hike to get to the beach entrance, but it was ok. The trolley was hard to time. We ended up driving everywhere. Those would be the only “negatives” however this has nothing to do with Christina or the condo itself. Everything on that front was perfect. The little town was very cute! The beach itself of course is what you would expect - FANTASTIC! I would rate this condo a 10/10. Cristina was attentive, sweet and amazing as a host. Also, the beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable! Very important!! Thank you Cristina for a fabulous week.

Relaxation get away

Flew in to the Sarasota/Bradenton airport on a direct flight and it was only 20 minutes to the vacation condo from the airport. Great location, beautiful area and might I say right across the street from the beautiful white sandy beach. The condo is gorgeous, clean, and had everything that we needed to relax, and make meals in the spacious kitchen when we didn’t feel like venturing out. Loved that the bedrooms was on opposite sides of the condo so lots of privacy. Will definitely use the condo again and refer to friends.

Exceptional Condo

Wow, what a fantastic Condo with the beach right across the road. We have stayed in Siesta Key a number of times but this is by far the nicest accommodation we have stayed in. Everything you could possibly need for your stay was there. The condo was beautifully decorated and furnished with some lovely finishing touches. There is also a garage to park your car. There is a beach cart to take the beach chairs and umbrella to the beach. There is also a lovely pool for you to use. Cristina was lovely to deal with, nothing was too much bother and she answered any query quickly. She also kept in touch with us whilst we were staying to make sure everything was ok. The condo is situated about a 20 minute walk from the village and there is also a free trolley bus. Have no hesitation in recommending this condo. The best. :)

PERFECT BEACH PROPERTY

If you are looking for a place walkable to beach(just in front of property). In town, very safe neighborhood free trolley rides to go to Siesta village or anywhere else this has to be your choice. The landlord (Cristina) is always available for any questions we might have and goes out and beyond to make sure we have a nice stay. The condo is well equipped with everything you need, and is very confortable furnished, king beds are really good! The garage was fantastic for us to put our e-bikes in with the car!!Also there is a little lake with turtles! Every morning I liked to feed them with bread, they love it. I would just come out on the balcony and they saw me and would start swimming to get the first piece of bread! Really fun!So I thank you again Cristina! We had a wonderful stay! Fantastic place right across from the best beach in the USA!

Overall the entire experience was excellent. Cristina made it seamless with contracting and she was incredibly responsive to all communications. She made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was nicely updated and extremely comfortable. You cannot beat the location with the beach and pickleball courts across the street, community pool and grill a few steps away, and the Village only a mile away to walk to or grab the trolley/Frog Hop. We never needed to leave our parking space except to visit friends or go get groceries. We were there the months of February and March and it felt like our second home. Unfortunately, for those reading this, February and March will not be available for many future years since this will be our winter get-a-way. Thank you Cristina for treating us like family.

Beach, Pool, Great Condo amazing owner

This rental was beautiful, clean and location was primo. Kitchen was well stocked. I mentioned to the owner that I cooked most evenings and asked if they had a slow cooker, she said they did not but she would have one there by our arrival and she did!!!That's a responsive owner. She was always assessible. She provided a wagon, chairs and umbrellas for the beach which was across the street. The complex has a great pool, chairs and umbrellas as well as a covered lanai with a grill. We had to have medical supplies sent to the condo and again the owner was very helpful in making sure that happened. We also loved the deck off the living room that overlooked a pond. We have rented for travel often but this was by far our best experience. This owner is far and above any others. We would most definitely return. Thank you

Family Vacation 2022/23

Best stay ever!! From the moment we booked the owner kept in touch. No matter how often we bothered her, she responded right away. Condo had everything we needed for the beach, which by the way was super close and gorgeous! Trolley stopped right in front and took us anywhere in town. Condo itself was clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We had left something in condo and when we realized we were hours gone. Owner was so amazing at working with us to retrieve it. I will definitely book through her again! This was the easiest stay we have had yet! Oh and did I mention how close the beach was!!!!!!

Awesome beach house!

We absolutely loved this home and we cannot wait to go back! So many things to mention as to why this home was wonderful to stay in! The location across the street from Siesta Key public beach, free trolley stop out front, the well kept pool, balcony overlooking the turtle pond and feeding the turtles (even our 86 yr old visitor loved that) ,garage with beach supplies ...The home was so well stocked and tastefully done we wished we could have stayed longer . We would not have changed a thing. Thank you for providing a home away from home for a reasonable price. Cristina was a pleasure to deal with and made the trip even better!

You wont find a better place to stay and feel it like home away home

My family and I stayed in this absolutely beatifull and perfect condo for 7 days, everything was just perfect, the location couldn't be better, just in front of Siesta beach, easy 5-minute walk and you will be on the warm Gulf of Mexico water with the thin and white sand. Cristina is a wonderful host, she always was very warm and answered any message - question in a heartbeat. About the condo could not be better, 2 big bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, and TV, big baths, a dressing room with a lot of storage space. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need, new washing and drying machine completes the perfect combo. The living room is just a dream, with big windows, tons of natural light, and very comfortable sofas to relax and enjoy your vacation time while you see a movie on the huge TV. I have nothing to say but everything was just perfect, stay in this Condo there is no way you can regret that. Thanks, Cristina for everything, we cannot wait to be back.

Family Vacation 2022

When booking a place for our family vacation, I found this amazing condo! We were in search of something perfect for our family as well as a great location! This condo far exceeded in many aspects! First off, it was newly renovated and looked absolutely gorgeous! The condo had everything we needed and more! We felt at home the minute we walked in the door. It was very clean and well-maintained! We couldn’t have been happier! The location was great as well! In addition, the owner was excellent! She was always available to answer any questions as well as offer recommendations for our visit! I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo. We cannot wait to go back!

A GREAT place to stay for vacation

Had a great time at this condo with my family! Very spacious and super kid friendly and clean. We cooked all week and it literally had everything we needed in the kitchen! Super close walk to the beach with 3 kids. Stores near by, definitely will be back! My mother in law was impressed

Beautiful place right next to the beach!

I can on think of great things to say about this place; not one bad thing to say about our 7 day stay. It is absolutely beautifully decorated, gorgeous wood flooring, it has all the amenities you could possibly need, and it's right across the street from the beach. It doesn't get any better! Siesta Key

This villa had all the perfect touches for our getaway. Everything was clean, fresh and new. The decor included sparkling beach themed pillows, an adorable light up mermaid snow globe and beautiful paintings. The bed was super comfortable and the throw blankets were so soft! The extras included a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels and even a wicker chest full of toys and games. The condo includes a garage and a good sized balcony overlooking a lake that we enjoyed while sipping our morning coffee. The area is peaceful and close to the beach and village. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful retreat with beach access

This is a beautiful and spacious home with all the amenities anyone might need. Theres a pool, washer/dryer, and plenty of beach gear that visitors can use. We enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony overlooking some water, with turtles swimming around below. Also its only 5 min walk to the beach and a 5 min ride to most restaurants. The owner was super fast in answering any questions we had. Our family enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.
