Sweet Penthouse Studio Condo on Siesta Key with Spectacular Water Views everywhere. Truly, my photos do not do these views justice....This is resort living on beautiful Siesta Key, with heated pool, fitness center, bike & Kayak storage, boat marina, pool table, lobby living rooms etc.
Located in a resort setting at Harbor Towers Yacht & Racquet Club, there are 2 heated pools, 3 lighted har-tru tennis courts, gym with locker rooms and sauna, bike and kayak storage, kayak launch, marina ($15 overnight boat parking), pool table in one of the lobby living areas, gas barbecue grills with outdoor covered seating, walkways around the marina, covered parking and more.
This top floor (7th floor) Studio condo has AMAZING WATER VIEWS FROM THE MOMENT YOU ENTER. Beautifully decorated living area, with white comfy sofa, dining table for 2-3, QUEEN Bed, flat screen cable & internet TV, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and did I mention AMAZING WATER VIEWS ! AND a screened lanai with Sunrise and Water views, overlooking the pools and tennis courts. The lanai faces east.
The kitchen has all modern conveniences, and its open counter provides great water views while preparing any foods. The bathroom has a tub/shower, and outside the bathroom is a linen closet with plenty of fresh towels for your stay. One covered parking spot is also included with this rental. 2 beach chairs and beach towels also provided.
The amenities at Harbor Towers Yacht & Racquet Club are many, and the resort is walking distance to Siesta Key Main Beach (half mile), and a mile walk to Siesta Key Village and all its shops, restaurants, cafes and more. There is also a free Siesta Key Trolley to take you to Siesta Key Village, or Turtle Beach, and other stops along the way. This trolley picks up right outside Harbor Towers resort.
This one bedroom penthouse condo has it all.
Very Sorry no pets permitted, and this is a non-smoking building.
This building has a 2 week minimum stay.

About the owner: Love Siesta Key and Sarasota! Have owned and managed vacation rentals since 2000, in New York (East Hampton, Montauk, and NYC), and in Sarasota since 2014.
Grew up in New York. Moved to Sarasota full-time in October 2014.
Honestly, first time I stepped foot on Siesta Key Beach I fell in love with the beach, and the area.
I've had an opportunity to travel worldwide with a prior recruiting business and honestly could not believe how beautiful the Sarasota area was.
I had no intention of ever living in Florida but here I am.
Live full-time year round in Sarasota so always nearby for anything Guests may need.
Happy to recommend area restaurants, attractions, golf courses and other fun things to do.
Why this property? This is the 3rd vacation rental property I purchased on Siesta Key and what attracted me most was the amazing WATER VIEWS from the moment you step in side this condo, AND the resort-like atmosphere at Harbor Towers Yacht & Racquet Club, with the gym, har-tru tennis courts, kayak launch, marina, pools, walkway along the Sarasota Bay with a Gazebo, and more. And I love the Siesta Key Main beach for its crystal quartz white sands and beautiful Gulf waters. I love being able to be at the beach yet staying in an upgraded resort, best of both worlds.
