The lanai has a back door directly out to the Beach. The front of my unit faces the Lagoon where we have a FREE DOCK for your boat or other water craft. (So you have water views in both directions)! Your assigned parking is right in front of my place.
My interior is fully tiled, bright and clean with leather furniture and a sleeper sofa. The Kitchen is newer with Granite Counter-tops! There is a new 47' LED TV in the living room, and both bedrooms also have TV's.
We are on the beach and directly next to Turtle Beach, on the south quiet end of Siesta Key, away from the crowds and noise! I live right here on the Key and will make sure you have everything you need for a great Vacation!

We stayed in 102A which is a 1st floor newly renovated condo. Walk right onto the beach. Great for fishing. Short walk to the Trollie which is a free ride to and from the village where there's many great restaurants, bars and shopping. We have been going for 24 years and will return again.

I would like to thank Carries Rentals for being an outstanding host. This condo is brand new has everything you need and more! The amazing sunsets which you can see from the entire condo are breathtaking. It has a very nice pool , just 1 step out the door and you’re in the sand . Has outdoor high top table and chairs which is extremely comfortable. The free transportation to and from the stores , restaurants and lots of shopping is just to good. We never moved our car 1 time. You’re parked right outside your door. They also offer a place to put your boot on the water. The grills are ready to go with propane and even tools . As your grilling out you can watch the boots the dolphins swimming right in front of you. I will not even consider looking at other locations. This place is just amazing! Carrie you’re the best host we have ever been with⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ we will definitely be coming back and the ocean was truly amazing ! See you soon thanks again for the outstanding performance!

Carrie: You are the only person I will write a review for. You are an awesome landlady, and I think you know how much I value your place. I have now been there five out of the last six years, and the only reason it wasn’t six was due to the storm damage and repairs. The location couldn’t be more perfect, and you are always willing to correct any minor difficulties which may occur. I look forward to seeing you again next March.

Although they were doing a replenishment and it was slightly inconvenient, Carrie offered other arrangements. Having come to Turtle Beach fpr over a decade, we took out chances and stayed put! We love Carries unit/location and will continue to come back!

This is a very comfortable condo right on the beach! It is close enough to town that we did not need a car. We rented bikes and rode everywhere we went including great riding on the white sand beach. Sleeping with the windows open and the surf in our ears was magic! When we return, we'll stay at Carrie's place again!

We stayed here to celebrate ten years together and it completely exceeded our expectations! The proximity to the beach (which is basically private) is unmatched and Carrie was so sweet and easy to work with. We loved it so much were going back in a month!

The place was great, loved the layout. It is far from the action but we enjoyed the quiet beach. The biggest complaint I had was the sheets on the king bed, they were really pilled. Felt like sleeping on sand. On day 2 I found a white fitted sheet in the closet master bedroom closet and remade the bed. Also, the beach chairs need to be replaced. Thankfully we brought our own as we have stayed in beach rentals before and are seasoned travelers/renters. In addition what is there, needs to be gone through and cleaned up or thrown out. I'm not trying too be so critical to scare anyone away, as I would stay here again, just wanted to offer constructive criticism. I would give it 4 stars out of 5 and the owner was very helpful and easy to work with.

The condo is very clean and has everything you need for your vacation.The view is spectacular and the sunsets are magnificent, people will come from all over just to see them.This is why I call it my home away from home because the owner makes you feel like your family.My favorite part is being on the ground floor and having direct access to the beach.

My wife and I first vacationed here on our 25th anniversary. We have gone back twice a year ever since and this year was our 39th anniversary. Carrie is the best! The location cannot be beat anywhere on the Key. You walk out to the beach or pool. You can dock a boat or rent a kayak on the Bay side. There's a trolley that takes you everywhere you need to go. Fishing is excellent. Several restaurants in walking distance. If you love the beach life, you will love this place!
