Just what we wanted.

Just returned from a week in Karen’s condo. Her place is perfect. The balcony and view were wonderful. Sitting and looking at the beach was so relaxing. The condo was great. Gave you a beach feeling. This updated one bedroom has everything you need. Kitchen was well equipped and was easy to work in. The bed was very comfortable and the rain shower in the bath was great. We appreciated the covered parking. The beach was a short walk out of the gated complex. Looking forward to a return visit.

What a Fantastic Little Gem!

Siesta Key have become our favorite vacation spot and #409 at Crescent Royale was where my wife and I got to experience the very best thanks to Karen who accepted us in her beautiful and awesomely appointed unit. If she didn't have what we needed, we certainly didn't need it and the quality was WAY above average, We walked across the road to the #1 Beach in the USA and walked to the Village every morning, usually ending up at SKOB for a Bloody Mary and brunch. However, we also dined at MVP, Another Broken Egg, Tripletail Seafood and Spirits (not in the village but one of our favorites nonetheless) and had a magnificent 49th Anniversary dinner at Cafe Gabbiano's. I almost hate to provide this review because someone will probably be in it the next time we want to venture to the area again.

nice clean condo with a perfect view of Siesta key beach

We've had a wonderful & relaxing time at the condo. We love the view and the location. Very clean, new updated and well equipped condo, it shows the owner put the extra care for the guests. The beach chairs are very helpful for the sunset view. We hope to come back next year. Thank You.

Great Location

We rented this condo for two weeks to get away from the cold. The location is perfect -- loved listening to the gulf surf from the balcony and taking walks on the beach. Kevin and Missy were very responsive to any questions that we had and their instructions for our access and stay were very clear. We had trouble finding a parking space in the village for dinner the first night so we either took the trolley or walked to the village after that. The drum concert in the park on Sunday afternoons is not to be missed. We plan on returning again next year.

Beautiful view of a world-class beach!

The tidy condo was well located on the 4th floor allowing for a magnificent view of the beach from the lanai. Great place to take our coffee in the morning before our morning walk; or a glass of wine in the evening before strolling to Seista Key or driving to Sarasota for dinner. A large, well-maintained salt water swimming pool on the property was a lovely spot as well. While the condo could use a few updates, we truly cannot complain as our visit was truly a pleasure!

Very nice apartment) - was very cleAn - comfortable large bed, nice bedding - amazing balcony facing Siesta key beach - kitchen has everything we needed, very well equipped - location was perfect, it’s right across from the main entrance of Siesta key beach - nice community with the pool and secured gate - all the beach accessories were included We were very pleased with an apartment and will definitely book with you next June)

siesta key resorts & suites

perfect place. my reservation was to end on Sunday, but I received a call late Thursday night, from my sister, informing me that my mother had passed. I woke up Friday, in a daze, still reeling from the news. I walked to the office & informed them that I would be leaving for Ohio due to the sudden circumstances. I'm really not exactly certain of what I said to whom, but 4 days later I noticed that they had reimbursed me for the last 2 nights. I really wasn't expecting that, but was overwhelmed with gratitude for their gesture. although I loved the place prior to that I will definitely stay their every time I'm in the area. they're the best

Awesome place on the beach

This condo was amazing. The view is spectacular and the condo was super clean. Spectacular beach and location and very safe. The following would be suggestions to make this a definite 5*+++. Some paper towels, extra rolls of toilet paper, a foldable clothesline for wet bathing suits era that you can put in the shower area, an umbrella for the beach that is a large one and not flimsy, some instructions on how to use the tv and Netflix etc without having to use theee remotes to get there, and more substantial utensils, coffee filters, maybe a small booklet with basic info such as suggested and tried restaurants, etc. These are trivial things but so super helpful if you are coming g to the condo and to help out for the first few days in aclimatizimg us. We also did not realize we needed to get a parking permit from the office and almost got our car towed Thanks for just an awesome experience and we definitely are coming back next year. Best condo we have been to with view, beach, and location.

Perfect get-a-way!

Directly across the street from Siesta Key Beach ...nicely furnished ....breakfast on the Lanai.... a wonderful delightful holiday!
