About the owner: I have vacationed most of my life on Siesta Key with my family and do not plan to stop. We love the beach, the Gulf of Mexico water, the Siesta Key Village, and the south bridge area. This is our happy place.
I waited to buy in Horizons West's beach front building until there was a two bedroom and two bathroom unit located in the center of the building with the best views. Unit 204 was exactly what I wanted.
We totally remodeled Unit 204. Our builder removed everything from the interior except the fuse box and built a brand new first class apartment with no expense spared. We made Unit 204 or dream house.
Why this property? The Horizons West complex has always been considered to be in the best location in the more private section of the Siesta Key beach (also known as Crescent Beach). There is no better beachfront building for spectacular beach front views, beachfront pool and hot tub, and easy access to the beach. This is a true beachfront condo. You will have a showcase fully equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are sparkling clean and totally modern. The remodel produced a open design floor plan with water views from every room expect the second bedroom and bathroom.
You will have four modern, HD, smart TVs: 65 inches, 56 inches, 55 inches, and 42 inches. Yes, we have upgraded cable TV service.
Yes, you will have secure Comcast Blast internet and WiFi service.
Yes, you will have one of the best beachfront balconies on Siesta Key. The forty feet wide balcony with six large window panels that roll open. You can see to both ends of the beach and an occasional dolphin swimming. You will hear the waves, feel the sea breezes, and watch the sun set in the water in front of you.

My wife and I had a great time and the unit is beautiful and the grounds are beautiful also and there is nothing we didn't like including the entire area of Siesta Key and Sarasota.
