6828 Midnight Pass Road is a townhouse style condo three level unit with 3 main bedrooms plus a bonus 4th guest bed/bath and laundry on the ground floor. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and all furniture and mattresses were purchased new in 2019.
Convenient and Easy: 3-minute walk to the beach with private deeded access. Completely renovated interior with new furniture, state of the art kitchen, balcony and screened in porch. Heated pool and two assigned parking spots.
4-minute walk to the Crescent Shopping Center with the Big Water Fish restaurant, Pizza and Brew, liquor store, and the Toasted Mango for breakfast. 5-Minute walk to Captain Curts, the Tiki, the Crescent Club and the grocery store.
The main level consists of shiplap walls and a bead board ceilinged living room with a seating area, a wall mounted TV, dining room area with a dining table that has seating for 8, a screened in porch with a new ceiling fan and patio furniture overlooking a courtyard with a fenced in heated pool, a newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops, task lighting, all stainless Frigidaire appliances (including a wine fridge) and a granite counter kitchen table with 3 chairs and a desk/workstation with a chair. There is also a powder room off the hall.
The third level has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are off the hall with a shared bath (one of these bedrooms has a slider to a balcony overlooking the courtyard). They share a granite countertop hall bathroom with a shower/tub, and each have a closet. The master has a walk-in closet, wall mounted TV and an ensuite marble counter bathroom with shower/tub. All rooms have new ceiling fans.
There are 12 units in the complex, a private heated pool, and this townhouse has beach rights (no need to cross the street) with a shared path with the Sarasea Circle Association to Crescent Beach. It is a 3-minute walk to the beach. There are two parking spots - One in the garage and one just outside the unit... but you don't need to have a car because it is so close to anything you would need.
Great neighborhood. Walkable to the beach for swimming, sunning, sunsets and snorkeling on Point of Rocks, and to all amenities such as the Pizza and Brew, 7-Eleven, Captain Curts, the Toasted Mango Cafe for breakfast, Davidson's Drug Store, and the Crescent Market. Trolly service and other free ride services can take you to the village from stops on Midnight Pass just next-door.

About the owner: I am from Massachusetts and grew up going to my grandparent's home on Midnight Pass Road as a child. This is where I fell in love with Siesta Key. It has always been my goal to own a "piece of paradise" (as my grandfather used to call it) , and I was able to make that happen in 2019. This is a very special property to me because it is not just an investment, it is my future retirement plan in the next decade. I have invested a lot in upgrading the unit and making a first class home that meets my standards and those of my guests.
Why this property? Between my townhouse and my extended family , we own four townhouses in Midnight Sea (out of 12). This allows for great family reunions and a lot of support where we all look out for each other and our tenants. The location is fantastic. I enjoy being walkable to everything (no car is necessary) including the beach. Also, it allows for access to the village via a trolly or Johnny Free Ride.
The unit has a newer kitchen (2017), all new furniture and bedding (2019), new flooring and shiplap walls and ceiling (on the main level). I had the only remaining area that was not updated redone in 2020 (garage level bed and bath). Plantation shutters, etc. I wanted to give it a Cape Cod/Florida beach vibe.

Incredible Space and Great Location
We are beach people so we LOVE this location -- 2 minutes to the white sands of Crescent Beach. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and is super comfortable and clean. Tori, the owner, is great. We have rented from her for three years since we always go down to Siesta Key for our anniversary. She is easy going but also responsive if we have any questions.. We enjoy the heated pool, and upstairs deck is perfect for sunning. All of the beach chairs, towels, umbrella are easy to grab in the garage on the way to the beach. We like to walk to the Sniki Tiki, and the Diaquiri Deck for drinks and dinner. Love that we don't have to drive. We keep coming back because it is so carefree and pleasant.

Amazing Island Townhouse close to the beach
WOW! This Siesta Key Townhouse was absolutely beautiful. Immaculately clean with all the amenities anyone could want/need. During the day (we were 2 couples/4 of us total), we took full advantage of the private pool and beach (even saw the dolphins out swimming). A few nights, we even cooked a few gourmet meals in the spacious kitchen. If you are wondering if you need to rent a car, we didn't! After researching on our own,(and confirming with the owner) we were happy to realize that were short walks to several restaurants, bars, breakfast cafe's, drug store, local grocery market, gift shops, boat/water rentals, ice cream shops, etc. SO great! On a few different evenings, we also took advantage of the free trolley, that stops right in front of the unit to head into the village. Whatever our moods/needs, we were all able to relax, work (wifi was super fast), or turn things up and go dancing at night! Overall, this Townhouse and it's location just give you that amazing "Key Life" beach vibe. Worth every penny, We will be back!

Great place! Super well located with easy walking access to Crescent Beach and town. We spent the morning at the beach and the afternoon at the pool. And we walked down to the beach every night for sunset, then we walked to the Daiquiri Deck for drinks and dinner at area restaurants like Captain Curt’s. The townhouse is nicely decorated with new furnishings and a renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Owner is nice and responsive. I have a back problem and I asked about the age of the mattresses. She explained that they were all new in 2019. I was comfortable. Also, we are coffee people and we were happy to have a Keurig machine AND a large Mr. Coffee. We will definitely come back !
