We charge a $450.00 deposit to secure a reservation this is part of the rent. The remaining balance of rent and the refundable $450 damage deposit is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Our minimum rental age is 25
Our minimum rental period is seven nights with check in on Saturday and checkout on Saturday.
We provide one reserved parking spot per guest you are allowed 2 vehicles during your stay. The 2nd vehicle will park in an overflow spot

About the owner: Hi! I am the property manager for Fisherman's Cove's on-site office. We have 46 Gulf front units to choose from on the south "quiet end" of Siesta Key. Enter our gate after going thru Turtle Beach park. Private entrance with no traffic and sandwiched between the waters of the Gulf of Mexico and Blind Pass Lagoon. This is a very special place we are sure you will love!
