• Two tastefully appointed bedrooms with quality bedding and linens.
• The primary bedroom offers a cozy king-sized bed, complete with a spacious closet equipped with a safe and a dresser. The recently remodeled en-suite bathroom features a walk-in glass-enclosed shower.
• The secondary bedroom provides two twin beds that can be easily converted into a second king-sized bed using the included converter kit.
• For an additional guest, we offer a comfortable, full-height twin-sized air mattress (reservation is required for a total of up to five people).

Guest access
During your stay, the entire house is dedicated exclusively to you, ensuring the utmost privacy and comfort. For your convenience, we provide a seamless self-check-in process facilitated by a wifi-enabled lock (and a helpful instructional video if you need it!). Rest assured, you will have access to undercover carport parking, conveniently accommodating one (1) vehicle in the driveway. If you require additional guest parking, kindly inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

**Minimum Age to Rent: In compliance with community rules and regulations, all reservations must be made and accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.
**Individuals under the age of 21 may not occupy the house unless a parent or guardian is present. Grade school or preschool-age children should not be left alone in the house at any time.
**Maximum Overnight Guests: The maximum occupancy is five (5) persons, including children under the age of 18.

I currently live in Massachusetts for the majority of the year, but enjoy every opportunity to escape to our sunny paradise. We loved relaxing in their bright sunroom and the house is very convenient to everything in Siesta Key. The owners have literally thought of every detail for making the house comfortable and also for things you may need when traveling away from home. It was so nice to have plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler available. Jonathan is also extremely responsive and helpful.

I've enjoyed three years in a row at Jonathan's wonderful Siesta Key house and hope to continue doing so for years to come. I've stayed at multiple rentals all over the country and nobody's home or hospitality has compared to this one.The house is immaculate, well-appointed, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything any vacationer should need. The beds are comfortable, the shower is hot, fluffy beach and bath towels are provided. Everything one needs to cook with is available. The house is bright and stylish with plenty of room for several friends or family. Jonathan has everything labeled and clear and communication with him has always been prompt, helpful, and pleasant. Cleanliness is extremely important to me and I've never had a single complaint. The lanai is super pleasant for a nice lunch and the outside area is my favorite place to sit with a cocktail at night under the twinkling lights or a coffee in the morning. The pool is practically right across the street and is always uncrowded and refreshing. Although the beach is right across the main road you have to walk a bit to access the path to get onto the INCREDIBLE white sand beach and into that gorgeous clear water, but it's not far at all. Across the street from the path entrance there are a couple fun and festive indoor/outdoor restaurants and bars for food/drinks/entertainment, a coffee shop, and even boat rentals. There's also a free shuttle to the bustling little downtown area but if you're a walker like I am, it's really nice to stroll there on the beach. You also have the option of calling a local golf cart taxi driver to bring you downtown. They all work for tips so remember to bring a little cash!I'm a typical New Yorker and don't drive and there's really no need for a car in Siesta Key unless you have accessibility needs. I can't wait until my next trip to escape the Northeast winter and enjoy a cocktail watching the perfect sunset and scouting the next spot to eat fresh grouper!! Thanks for everything Jonathan!

Snowbird here! We have found the BEST winter getaway! My hubby and I love living close to our kids and grandkids, especially for the holidays. But then the cold and snow in the Northeast has us running to the cutest getaway on Siesta Key, FL. The house is beautifully decorated and outfitted with everything you could need for a relaxing warm experience. Snuggled between the Intercoastal Waterway and the Gulf, this villa on Siesta Key is an oasis of peacefulness and fun. An evening stroll to the private dock for cocktails or a short walk to the beach to watch the sunset is made simple because everything you need (beach wagon, towels, cooler, and beach chairs) is provided! Jonathan is a most attentive, caring host. We love our special time at this villa!
