Super close to the beach and village , as in 25 minute walk or bike in around 10 minutes but far enough away from the nightlife scene. You can bike either direction to one of the many beach accesses to enjoy an ocean side bike ride with the bikes included with your stay (children's beach bikes available). You can also bike into the village to choose from many of the award wining local eateries for brunch, or dinner. Plenty of Seafood options available and ice cream treats. Shops, live music all right in the heart of the village but away from you when it's time to catch some Z's to rejuvenate for more beach fun the next day.

Tal RaulOverall, we had a comfortable stay in a clean, well-maintained home with a spacious outdoor area that was great for relaxing and for dogs to explore. The location was very convenient—close to Siesta Key Beach, Turtle Beach, Crescent Beach, Siesta Village, and downtown Sarasota. Siesta Key was our favorite beach, while Turtle Beach was peaceful and quiet, though there was seaweed in the water. Crescent Beach was also nice, but parking is limited, so arrive early.A few items could have been better. Construction next door limited privacy around the pool area. The living room and bedroom TV remotes did not work initially; Melissa sent replacements a few days later, but batteries were not included. On our final full day, the pool turned green, so we were unable to use it.Despite these concerns, the beds were very comfortable, the showers were great, and Melissa was kind and responsive with helpful local recommendations.

EvanThe place was good. Very cool mid-century modern aesthetic. The location is convenient - about a 5 min drive or 35 minute walk to town and 10 min to beach. Appreciated the abundance of beach towels and gear to use. Quiet neighborhood that made for nice evening walks.

MaryWhat a great find in Siesta Key. The house is a gem. Open and spacious. Inside and outside space is great for relaxing or fun. Two turf areas for the pooches and good running space. The home itself has everything you need from kitchen amenities to outdoor needs such as bikes etc. Loved the interior design Huge TVs for nights in. Great air conditioning throughout. Very nice well maintained and clean. Will definitely rent again from Melissa

JodiOur family of 6 had an amazing time at Melissa’s place! The location is perfect, very beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of room for all of us. The pool was absolutely perfect. The house was EXTREMELY clean, and we found everything we needed. There was construction right next door, and we never heard a single noise (and I am a very light sleeper). We loved having two washer/dryers, an abundance of towels of all types, the kitchen appliances were amazing, beds were super comfy. The air conditioners in each room were great so everyone could have their own sleeping temp. Outdoor showers were perfect. Melissa responded very quickly to my questions. We would highly recommend her place, and would definitely stay here again.

NerissaAwesome stay! We totally enjoyed staying at this home. Felt like our cool home away from home. Super clean, decorated such nice with uplifting artwork around the home. Furniture snd bedding so classy and comfortable. The home really is stocked and outfitted with everything you need and more for an enjoyable and comfortable weekend. Location is so convenient near beach, village shops /restaurants, pretty sites plus a quick drive to local grocery/convenience stores and businesses. Melissa our host is so thoughtful, accommodating and responsive to all questions and needs. Just a lovely experience all around. My family really enjoyed this home and would definitely want to stay again.

The convenience of being close to the beach and village for meals etc. is priceless. There is something special and so peaceful about Melissa’s home!!
