Unit includes hair dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, and access to an on grounds laundry area. Directly across the street are several shops, a drugstore, restaurants, boat and bike rentals. grocery store, fish market and Bars much more. No car really needed but free parking for your car if you drive.

Groceries, drugstore, beautyshop, 7/11 are just a start. There are both casual dining and special evenings out resturants, sandwich shops and ice cream parlors. There are bars, with and without enterteinment. There are rentals for bikes, parasailing, scooters, boats, jetskis, and more. AND LOTS MORE.....ALL WALKABLE.
The 3 mile plus stretch of white quartz sand is heaven to take walks on and of course fishing until your hearts content. If you are a golf enthusist, we are close to many courses and even have coupons for discounts for some.

Fishing, snorkeling, biking, parasailing, kayaking ,paddleboard are all right at the beach. FREE Shuttle rides available to adventure to the far end of the key as it is difficult to park in that area. The publice beach is walkable

About the owner: Our names are Mike and Jill Martin. We both came from families that were golfers. We met as teenagers in Anderson Indiana and married after attending Purdue University. We have 3 children who have blessed us with 7 wonderful grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Our whole family call Sea Crest #26 their second home and it is the only place any of us choose to vacation .
Mike came from a family involved with over 6 retail shoes business in the Indiana area and Jill was involved with music and maintained a baton twirling school and competitive majorette group for 40 years. Additionally, both have golfed and love continue to do so in Sarasota

We stayed at La Siesta in Siesta Keys. This was our sixth time at this resort and have loved it each time. This time we stayed for three weeks and just loved it. We did not rent a car, but used the local transportation without any problems, Trolley being the best! Plan on coming again next year around Oct/Nov time frame.

Love the convenience of the beautiful beach steps away, as well as, the warm well kept pool. The condo was perfect and well kept. The shops and restaurants were all across the street. We would love to come back.

Very nice clean updated condo in the best location ! Steps from the beach and pool. Great amenities. Clothesline for wet towels and bathing suits to dry, gas grills on the property, and a nice clean pool. Beautiful little kitchen and comfortable bed and living room area. Would like to see a couple more umbrellas poolside for more folks to have shade. Also would be nice to have some flora and fauna poolside for Florida vacation ambiance.
