This unit had a great up close view of the beach and is steps away from the heated pool. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The unit had minimal utensils. Especially a shortage of forks. Furniture was comfortable. Unit doesn’t have much storage for luggage or closet space. No cleaning supplies. But a comfortable unit. Wrist bands are required by the condo association but we never saw anyone wearing them.

Easy booking with great communication. Loved having coffee on the deck while watching the dolphins each morning. My children loved the pool and beach right outside the door. We will definitely be returning very soon.

Great one bedroom right on the beach. Access to the pool and ocean front are literally steps away. there were a few hiccups with the security gates but nothing that caused too much of an issue. The only real critique I have was the AC, when it came on during the night it was extremely loud in the bedroom. Everything else was great!

Condo is right on the beach and next to the heated pool. Great view every morning and every sunset. Condo was short of utensils but otherwise very comfortable. Our first visit to Panama City Beach. Good shelling and lots of restaurants. Glad to have the exercise room for cooler windy days.

We always stay in one of the ground floor condos at Sunbird. It is perfect for our needs. Excellent access to the beach and pool that is immediately outside the door. Condo 109-W is very nice! We will definitely stay here again.
