Or relax in the jacuzzi hot tub after a long day at the theme parks. Soak up some rays on the sun loungers or enjoy a delicious meal al fresco at the covered poolside dining table. A BBQ lunch cooked on your private grill is perfect after a swim!

Step inside to a spacious living room featuring two massive sectional sofas facing a large flat-screen wall-mounted smart TVs - everyone gets a good seat to watch the game! The TV is connected to high speed internet service so you'll never miss a moment.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances, two full-sized fridge/freezer combos, two dishwashers, and plenty of countertop space for meal prep. Gather your crew around the kitchen island bar or the dining table that seats 10.

After eating, head on over to the garage-turned-games room. Complete with an air hockey table, billiards, digital projector, and comfy recliners. No need to worry about where to park without the garage, the expansive driveway can host up to 6 vehicles, and there's additional parking available at the clubhouse.

Back inside, the furnished upstairs loft has a lounge area with yet another big screen TV and also a poker table. You'll find most of the bedrooms upstairs, although the downstairs area has 3 King bedrooms, a Queen bedroom, and a room with 2 twin beds. The remaining King bed is upstairs, as is 3 more Queen bedrooms and 3 additional rooms with 2 twin beds in each of them, and 3 more rooms with bunkbeds that have twin beds on the top bunks and full beds on the bottom bunks. This house can host the whole family and more! Each of the 15 bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom and smart TV, and the bunkbed rooms are decorated with some disney movie favorites.

Up to 6 vehicles can park in the driveway. If required, there is day parking available at the clubhouse. Please note there is a 6 vehicle maximum per household and buses, RVs, trailers and boats are prohibited in the community.

1. There is basic cookware available in the house.

2. Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $60/day per service for pool and hot tub heating, and $35/day per service for hot tub heating ONLY, which we provide upon request. Please note that we do not offer heating service for the pool alone. Feel free to reach out for more details.

3. We're happy to deliver:
--> a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

4. If you have any special requests throughout your stay, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.
