Welcome to “Coastal Landing”, a brand new, luxurious, CLEAN home located in a quiet, peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood on the edge of Lake Powell in Panama City Beach, just minutes from the gorgeous Gulf shores of Panama City Beach, Inlet Beach, and Rosemary Beach and 30A. Surround yourself with not one, but TWO beautiful bodies of water, very close by!

Coastal Landing is an immaculate, two story home with a gourmet kitchen and spacious living area with large SmartTV, connected Sound Bar and subwoofer (quality sound is important to us!)

The open concept living area is connected to the kitchen and dining space providing a comfortable, spacious experience for the whole gang to enjoy!
Escape to the cozy, fenced in yard where you can enjoy the provided games such as Corn Hole and Badminton or sip on your morning coffee/tea while relaxing to the tranquility of the therapeutic Florida air.
The dining room table seats 8, with an additional 4 seats at the bar, and the fully equipped kitchen is well-stocked and ready to let the entertaining begin and features a combo coffee machine that accommodates both Keurig cups or your favorite ground coffee.

I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this place! As soon as we arrived, there was a peace that filled the place, and felt like home. It honestly felt like we were living in a dream for a few days.In reading some of the details on the listing, we were able to find incredible spots on the beach with so much breathing room instead of being crowded and surrounded by hundreds of people.Our kids LOVED the Pacman table. If we weren’t at the beach, they were on the joysticks. I even got to sneak some game time in as well, very nostalgic!We will absolutely be going back to this place sometime in the future! Thanks again for the incredible stay at your place. Everything was perfect!

Wonderful home with awesome hosts! The house is immaculate. It was as if we were the first to step in the home. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Close to 30A, beach, Pier Park & Lake Powell. This home has everything you need if you are traveling with babies/toddlers. I was concerned about renting a place with stairs due to my very brave one year old. Meesah and Tyson ordered a special baby gate to ensure her safety. Back patio with fenced in yard were great for the kids to play in safely. Patio furniture is so comfortable you’ll want to take a nap out there. The kids loved the bunk room with the arcade machine. You can’t get better hosts than Meesah and Tyson! We were greeted by a personal welcome note and fruit basket. They made sure we had everything we needed and were super responsive when we had questions. They even warned us of an incoming storm so we could make it to the house before it hit. They made us feel like family. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
