The space
Family Lounging area
The cavernous area is provided with a 65" TV where you can enjoy TV programs in HD, connect to smart TV, listen to music or simply relax with all your family and friends.
Bedrooms
This house contains a total of 8 bedrooms all completely furnished and thoughtfully designed. There are 3 king size master bedrooms, 2 queen size bedrooms, 1 bunk bed room and 2 twin bedroom that includes 2 twin size beds in each. Almost every bedroom features TV’s with cable, built in wardrobes and access to their bathrooms. Every room is spacious enough for any type of relaxation and enjoyment.
Bathrooms
There are a total of 5.5 bathrooms. These bathrooms include hairdryers and toilet paper roll for each bathroom so upon your arrival there is no need to head straight to the local super walmart located only 5 minutes away. Fresh towels and soap are also provided to you.
Kitchen
All the amenities one could need and is fully stocked with all cutlery, cups, plates, pots and pans. There is a large fridge/freezer, coffee brewer, blender, and a kettle. You can prepare quick snacks or delicious meals with ease on either the large kitchen counter tops or the island. The spacious kitchen also features a round table that you can blissfully enjoy the numerous vacation meals with your family whether it is made from home or bought from the copious amount of restaurant near the resort.
Private Pool
Guests can freestyle and relax in the radiant pool with heating options. If submerging in the cool refreshing water is not an option, you can bask in the sun on our pool loungers, seats and tables. If you choose to create your own mouth watering BBQ, you may bring your own or rent a grill that will delivered to the house with accommodating propane and cleaning for the grill so that you can end your vacation worry free. For peace of mind for those travelling with young children there is a pool safety fence separating the lounging area to the pool.
Game room
Fun for both adults and children of all ages, this action packed marvel decorated game room includes various game options including foosball, billiards, and a table to play other table games on.

Open from 8AM to 10PM, our clubhouse includes guest services, our sauna and gym, our main pool, spa and the Tiki Bar. We offer a business center with available printer and meeting rooms. See front desk for area information, park tickets, and sports equipment.
TIKI BAR
Located poolside at the Clubhouse, our Tiki Bar is open daily from 11am to 10pm, hot foods and snacks, cold beer, wine based liquors, and wine. Live music and karaoke frequently.
COMMUNITY POOL AND SPA
Our heated pool and spa are open daily from 8am to 10pm. Located right next to the Tiki Bar should you get hungry or thirsty. Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty and that all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
SAUNA
Recently renovated, our dry sauna is the perfect thing after a long day walking or playing. Warm those sore muscles. Please see our clubhouse desk attendants for access and availability.
VOLLEYBALL COURT
Beautifully situated near the main gate, our volleyball court waits for you and your friends and family to come play! Please see our clubhouse desk attendants for access, equipment and availability.
NATURE TRAIL
Nestled in the heart of the community is 11 acres of natural woodland with a concrete pavement winding through it. A place of solitude and quiet, a place to reflect on the wonders of nature, away from the general bustle of today's busy lifestyle.
SPORTS COURTS
Located next to the Phase 2 gate, our sports courts include tennis, pickle-ball, and basketball. Please see our clubhouse desk attendants for access, equipment and availability.
EXERCISE ROOM
Located in the clubhouse and open daily from 8am to 10pm, our gym is the perfect place to build up your stamina before venturing into the theme parks.
PLAYGROUNDS
We have three playgrounds, conveniently located throughout the resort. Not quite The Hulk or Rise of the Resistance, but with a child's imagination these playgrounds can be anywhere they want.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I enter through Emerald Island Gated Community?
Prior to your arrival, we will email or message you a welcome letter that you may show to Security up front. Thereafter, should you want the ease of going through the fast lane rather than pulling up with a welcome letter to verify your identity every time you enter, you may purchase a resort pass (ONE TIME $20 fee) at the community center that will last you the entirety of your trip.
How will the garbage be handled?
The community will have garbage pick up everyday. Our bins are located at the right side of the house and is very important to use 13-gallon garbage bag to through out your trash!
