The living room has a queen sized Murphy bed to sleep 6 guests comfortably. There are beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen, living room, bedroom and spacious balcony. The entire unit is furnished with Restoration Hardware, Arhaus and other designer brands. You will love the custom lighting and regal ambiance throughout. Guests have a private beach, 2 pools, one of them directly on the beach and heated seasonally!

Why this property? Slip Aweigh 504 is a luxury retreat at the beach! It is very unique for the area and is even more beautiful in person. This location is fabulous! It is in very close proximity to restaurants and shopping, while being in a more quiet and private area than a lot of buildings nearby. The beach side pool is another favorite of Leeward Key! This is another unique feature in this area that guests just absolutely love!

Mary B.Perfect Beach Retreat
This owner thought of everything-it is the most well equipped condo I have ever stayed in (and we visit this area every year). The unit has everything you need for a wonderful vacation (beach chairs, towels, hooks everywhere to hang all your beach items, cute high top tables where you can read or enjoy the view) and it’s just a short walk to the beautiful beach! In addition, it has great views of the Gulf from the Master bedroom and the patio, two pools, one of which is on the beach, and one in the back of the building. The location is close to many restaurants - some you can walk to! Both bedrooms have king-size beds and were spacious with en suite bathrooms. We loved how this condo was beautifully renovated and meticulously clean - perfect for our group of 4 (or 6 with a pull out sofa!). The living room space was well designed. I highly recommend that you check this condo out. You won’t find anything quite like it and you won’t be disappointed!! We will be back!

This was our first time to Destin and we LOVED it! The condo is newly renovated, spacious & clean. The owner was quick to respond to all questions & emails making sure we had everything we needed. The location was great, we were in the middle of all the places we wanted to see. It was great having two beach chairs and umbrella service as part of the rental of this condo. I would definitely stay here again!

This condo is gorgeous and very clean. It’s in a great location with several restaurants within walking distance. I loved sitting out on the balcony with my grandbaby! The communication was great. The condo building is nice and quiet. I definitely recommend spending your vacation at Slip Aweigh.
