The home is a South Pacific-themed three-story luxury vacation home located approximately 125 yards from the beach pavilion (2 - 3 minute walk) and is only two houses away from the main neighborhood pool within the EMERALD SHORES subdivision, a gated beach ownership community! EMERALD SHORES is the only residential community in Destin that has a private beach pavilion with restrooms, outdoor showers, beach service, and its very own Pavilion Bar & Grill! This eliminates having to go back to the home for potty breaks or to rinse off the kids, or just get a bite to eat with a cold beverage. It's all available at the Emerald Shores beach pavilion!

The home has a spacious 3000 square feet with which to spoil yourself and overflows with luxurious upgrades including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, 12 ft. ceilings, textured walls, tile and hardwood floors, accent lighting, wood blinds, a Jacuzzi tub, two 65" flat screens, a game room with granite wet bar, refrigerator and microwave on the third floor and more.

The 4th bedroom is a bunk bed extravaganza (2 bunk twins/fulls sleeps, 6 kids). This is a great set-up for three families with the 3rd-floor game room providing a private TV and play area for the kids or it can be used as a 5th bedroom utilizing the queen futon sleeper. Two roll-away single beds are also kept in the home.

Balconies, porches, decks, and patios give you ample room to lounge around in a tropical paradise. French doors open up to soak in the tropical Gulf breezes. The home is located on the first beach street cul-de-sac in the neighborhood and is a very short walk to the beach, the large heated community pool, onsite tennis, or restaurants. This home was the very last home completed in Emerald Shores and was updated in 2019. This is our flagship property and largest home within Emerald Shores. This home has two living areas and an extremely large family area integrated with an open kitchen and dining area for large groups.

Welcome to Emerald Shores Vacation Homes of Destin Florida! This beach ownership community features 95 resort style homes in a gated setting. There is a private beach pavilion that has bathrooms, showers, covered picnic area, wagon parking and a cabana bar. The beach is professionally mangaged with the beach service providing chair and umbrella service as well as sports gear for rental. This is a great convenience when spending the day on the beach. This gated community has a tennis court, basketball and 2 pools, seasonally heated. While you vacation here, you can enjoy the comfort and relaxation of your home, the community pools or take a short walk to the beach and enjoy the sugar white sand and crystal clear water of the Gulf.
