This lovely, updated ground floor condo is in the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach directly across the 24th Street beach access, only 400 steps from the white sands of the beach everyone loves! Imagine enjoying sunsets at the beach, a dip in the pool, or lounging poolside at your place in the sun!

Inside you will find beautiful LVP flooring, light and lively paint for a coastal feel, hurricane-rated windows, plantation shutters, updated air conditioning, and a full-size stackable washer/dryer. Both bedrooms are spacious and share the updated bath… the master bedroom has a king-sized bed…the second bedroom has a twin bed and a pull-out sofa bed. New, fresh linens, towels and beach towels are provided for your stay.

The kitchen has an eat-in area, new Keurig coffee maker, stove, oven, and microwave. Cooking and eating utensils are provided. Both the living room and the master bedroom have flat screen TVs. You will enjoy free Wi-Fi and cable as well as a collection of DVDs for your use while in the unit. The installed Smart-lock offers smooth, contactless check-in and no worries about lost keys! Each unit has an assigned off-street tandem parking space that will accommodate 2 vehicles.

With only 8 units total in this two-story building, it feels more like a private resort. The recently renovated pool, shade pergola, and tanning deck are open to the refreshing ocean air and surrounded by tropical landscaping. There is also a BBQ and a private outdoor storage unit for the provided beach umbrellas and beach chairs.

The condo is also conveniently located and only a short walk to fantastic local restaurants, fun night spots, a variety of shops and so much more. And if it’s delicious French croissants and coffee that you crave in the morning, the popular Café de Paris is only steps away from the condo. On the other hand, if you occasionally want to experience some of the many amenities offered by the larger cities of St Pete and Tampa, they are also within a short drive.

Area Information

Indian Rocks Beach is a small town on Florida's central Gulf Coast. It lies on a barrier island less than 30 miles west of Tampa and in close proximity to St Petersburg, FL. Indian Rocks Beach is known for its abundant parks and beach access points, plus several tourist attractions in town and nearby. The prime attraction of Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) is its stretch of shoreline along the Gulf of Mexico as well as its quaint, small-town feel and friendly residents. Beautiful beach sunsets can be enjoyed most nights.

Notes:

* Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out time is 11 am.
* Booking requires 25% deposit via Zelle. Credit cards not accepted.
Full balance due 30 days prior to the start of the reservation.
* A refundable Security Deposit of $250 must be paid in addition to the full balance at the start of the reservation.
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days from end of rental period once property has been inspected to ensure condition of unit is same
as when initially rented.
* Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings cancelled within the 30 days prior to the start of the reservation, will receive a full refund minus a $500 cancellation fee due to the loss of
occupancy.

At your option, professional cleaning services can also be scheduled every 2 weeks for an additional fee.

Please wash all used dishes and return cleaned dishes to the designated locations to avoid an additional $25 cleaning fee.

Also, there is no smoking allowed inside of the property. Violations will result in a $250 fee for additional cleaning and deodorization of the unit.

No pets allowed.

About the owner: My name is Patricia and I live with my husband in a suburb of Fort Lauderdale, FL. We have vacationed in Indian Rocks Beach over the years and were finally lucky enough to purchase a condo here in August, 2022. We love all that the area offers for families, couples and the seasonal "snowbirds" that come to enjoy the Florida we love.

My husband, Michael, is a former business owner and a retired 20+ year Army veteran. He is established in our community as an active volunteer with the Veterans Administration (VA) and with the Boys & Girls Club. He takes great pride in working with veterans and mentoring our youth to be responsible members of society.

Our proudest accomplishment is our family.....we have two wonderful adult children, a beautiful daughter-in-law, and most recently our first grandchild was added to our growing family.
