Also included are utilities and basic cable with WIFI.

Just two towns south of Clearwater Beach, this beach community is the perfect blend of laid back, yet vibrant. A true home-away from home, this sleepy beach town is the place where you can leisurely stroll barefoot to the beach, or frequent one of the many unique bars and restaurants, all within walking distance of your beach cottage! There’s also a trolley to Clearwater. 30 day minimum, 60 day minimum Jan-March.

About the owner: We had been visiting Florida for over 30 years. After putting 3 children thru college we decided it was time to purchase a vacation home. Multiple visits later we stumbled across our little Oasis. We just love this place. Its quite, but so close that we walk to almost everything.
Why this property? This is not your average rental. This is our vacation home that we decided to share. Our home is located on a quite street in a single family neighborhood. This is the beach life. So close to the beach that you can walk back for lunch or refilling the cooler. We hope you love it as much as we do.

House is absolutely lovely, setup very nice with all the comforts of home. Wonderful location with only a 5 min walk to the beach, with all beach needs ( even a wagon to tote it all) available to use. Owner is very receptive and quick to respond with any needs or questions. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially a small family looking for a wonderful vacation home.
