Excellent accommodations! Very neat, perfectly decorated and well maintained. Perfect for the wife and me. She enjoyed her days on the Beach, and I enjoyed my time fishing on the intercostal side fishing. Multiple places to get coffee, lunch and dinner all within walking distance. Sunsets are amazing! We will definitely visit and stay here again!

My girlfriend's and I just returned from a weeks vacation at West Coast Vista (Sunset & Sunrise condo). The photos on website don't do it justice. The condo is absolutely beautiful. The beach decor and furnishings make you feel like you are on "vacation" the moment you walk in the door. It is gorgeous! The condo is fully stocked with every single item that you could possibly want or need. The beach was amazing (and not crowded). We felt like we had our own little spot on the beach!! The sunsets (ocean view) and sunrises (bay view) from this condo are breathtaking from both balconies. It was so wonderful to start each morning with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise, and having a cocktail in the evenings watching the sunsets. We met so many wonderful people during our stay. And there are numerous delicious restaurants within .05 to 2 miles from our condo! We loved the condo so much that we have decided to make "Sunset & Sunrise" condo our annual "Girls Getaway" vacation!! We will be telling all of our friends and family about this wonderful condo!! And our host, Mindy, was amazing! She was very responsive to every single question that we had! If you are looking for a vacation spot to just relax and enjoy the beauty of the sunsets & sunrises, this is the perfect condo for you!!

We visit the gulf every year for Spring Break and love to try new places. This condo checked all our boxes: elevator, pool and beachside. It was the cleanest condo we ever stayed at. Coastal beach decor made it cozy and relaxing. The bedroom lay out worked great for our party of 3. Kitchen & bathroom were well stocked. We loved the option of both coffee pot or Keurig foro breakfast. Incredible sunset views from the balcony or beach every night with comfortable high-end balcony furniture! We hope to book this unit again!

Can't say enough good things about the condo or rental process. Mindy was so easy to work with. The condo is amazing. Two great porches with exceptional furniture to watch both the sunrise and sunset. We spent so much time enjoying the views The easy access to the condo from parking; garage and the close proximity to a very private beach area was amazing. The narrows area leaves you with the best of both worlds -- closer to both beach and the channel and close to great restaurants. We would totally recommend this condo and hope to come back. We really enjoyed our time at Mindy’s condo! It was well equipped in the kitchen and loved the beach chairs provided! Really enjoyed the views from both balconies. Sunsets were amazing! We would love to come back and stay again! Plenty of space for the family! Grabbed grouper and snapper and fish spread from Nachman’s seafood market! Delicious! I absolutely loved the condo! From the moment you get there with the reserved parking space right across from the elevator. The elevator takes you directly to your condo door. We never had to wait for the elevator. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need, including beach chairs and an umbrella. You can tell the owners take pride and attention to every detail. The views from the balcony were amazing. We truely enjoyed our stay and plan to book again in the future!

From start to finish, the rental process was easy with excellent communication with the owner.The condo itself is spacious and has all the amenities you need in one place - full kitchen, dining, two full baths, and laundry in the unit. Everything you need to visit the beach or the pool is already there waiting for you!!!Whether you want to watch the intercoastal view from the front balcony or the ocean view from the back balcony, neither one disappoints!!!The rooms are comfortable and decorated beautifully with a beach theme. There is plenty of storage for your clothes and suitcases. Lots of shops, restaurants, little ice cream parlors and things to do are within walking distance. Much much more to do within driving as well.A beautiful place for sure that we have made a week of wonderful memories in. Thank you again Mindy for sharing your place with us! Very relaxing!!!

I think this is the best deal on the beach. You get a completely updated condo, pool, fully supplied kitchen and nice bathrooms. We saw manatees and dolphins every day at the beach. The location was perfect if you dont want to be at a crowded beach. Host was super easy to work with. Loved this place would book again.

Five of us stayed in Mindy's condo, and it worked very well for us. With the layout having the living room and second bedroom on one end with the master and kitchen/dining area on the other, it offered great space and privacy for five adults. Being able to enjoy the view of both the Gulf and Bay was a great bonus, and the Narrows area in Indian Rocks is less noisy and busy with traffic than in other areas. The condo was very nicely decorated, and offered ample furniture on both balconies. The sand on this part of the beach was soft and plentiful. The elevator that you can enter right into the condo from was very convenient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mindy's unit, or to return again, in the future.

Mindy was a pleasure to work with. We were pleasantly surprised to find the condo has unobstructed views of water on both sides. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers and had plenty of space. Kitchen is well stocked. Bonus to find beach towels and beach chairs too!

Quiet newly renovated condo that sits on the beach was just what we needed to celebrate my birthday beach week. The long walks on the beach and hearing the waves break from the large balcony was a plus. The heated pool was perfect as well. We could walk or take the Jolly Trolley up and down the Gulf Coast and to breakfast, dinner or to the stores. We already booked another trip with Mindy! Awesome 5 star plus host!

This condo is one of the best we’ve stayed at! Beautifully decorated, spotless, and gorgeous views. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the week. You can see and hear the ocean from the master bedroom…we will miss waking up to that sound! Hope to stay again soon!
