Units on the east side overlook the intercostal waterway and provide a sight of local boat traffic along with cooling shade in the afternoon. We are the closest condominium complex to the shoreline in Indian Rocks Beach making the ocean just steps away from our back door.

Whether you spend your time lounging on the beach, swimming in our heated pool or grilling out on our pool deck while watching the boats pass by this is the place to spend your vacation!
