Fifty Gulfside Condominiums consist of 52 units contained within a three story building that is nestled along on the Florida shoreline with the Gulf of Mexico to the west and the captivating intercostal waterway to the east. Units on the east side overlook the intercostal waterway and provide a sight of local boat traffic along with cooling shade in the afternoon. We are the closest condominium complex to the shoreline in Indian Rocks Beach making the ocean just steps away from our back door.
Whether you spend your time lounging on the beach, swimming in our heated pool or grilling out on our pool deck while watching the boats pass by this is the place to spend your vacation!

Should you have any questions during your stay, just stop in to our office located at the entrance of the property. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff can help you find a nearby restaurant, grocery stores, recommend local activities, or assist you with any issues you may have with your accommodations.
There is an elevator located in the center of the building that provides easy access to the second and third floors. In the event of an emergency guests must exit the building by the north or south stairways.
Each floor has a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers for your convenience. Laundry products are available for purchase on the first floor. The laundry rooms are open daily between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Patio / Swimming Pool
For your convenience there are chaise lounge chairs across the entire patio area along with tables and umbrellas.
Beach side barbecue grills are located at the north and south ends of the patio.

Minimum rental period is five (5) nights.
Rental of 4 weeks or more qualifies for a 10% discount.
A guest must be 25 years of age to rent a unit. Proof of age is required. The primary registered guest is required to be the occupant of the unit (condo) at all times. Rates and fees are subject to change without notice.
Rental prices are subject to taxes of 13%.
Rates are based on occupancy = 2 bedrooms – 4 persons
A $125 cleaning fee will be charged on all reservations regardless of the number of nights reserved.
A unit will not be rented to a party whose size exceeds maximum occupancy for a specified unit without the permission of the property management. Additional authorized persons rate is $15 per night.
Check-in time is 4 P.M. or later on the first day of Rental period.
Check-out time is 10 A.M. or earlier the last day of the Rental Period
*Check in and out times must be adhered to in order to allow enough time for a thorough cleaning. We do not have the facilities to assist guests with an early arrival.
We offer a late check out for $75.00 for up to 4 hours based on availability of your unit. The rental office must receive your request 24 hrs. in advance of your departure date.
Late checks outs are not available during high season.
No refunds for early departures or late arrivals.
Each unit is guaranteed ONE parking space per unit. All vehicles on the property must display a parking pass on the rear-view mirror with the reservation number facing the windshield. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Boats, trailers, golf carts, jet skis or any other recreational vehicles are not permitted on property.
Absolutely no pets allowed on premises.
A $250.00 plus tax advanced payment is due at the time of booking your reservation. This amount will be applied to the total due.
Full payment for a rental is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Great location. Beautiful Sunsets
Wonderful stay. Quiet complex. The view out massive triple floor-to-ceiling glass doors was amazing. The tinted glass doors blocks the harshness and heat of the sun but not the beauty. Also, everything one would need was supplied and check in and check out was super easy.

We liked this unit a lot. It is newly renovated and is beautiful. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it is street side instead of beach front. The balcony looks out toward the intercoastal waterway which is fun to watch. Lots of boats and birds. We saw a dolphin one day. The street noise can get a little loud.
