Spectacular house as soon as you get inside. Large corridor area with 2 accent chairs. High ceiling throughout. The house is freshly painted to insure cleanliness. The house has 2 bedrooms with inside bathrooms on both. One bedroom has a ling size bed , brand new mattress and pillows. Two his and hers bathrobe are provided for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with all amenities needed for a relaxed stay:hand soap, toothbrush, toothpicks,floss, shampoo, hair dryer, face cleaners and plenty of towels.
Second bedroom has 2 queen beds with brand new mattress and pillows. Walking closet gives so much space to hang your precious clothes. His and hers bathrobe is also provided. The bathroom in this room has a large shower and is equipped with all the amenities: hand soap, toothbrush,toothpicks,floss, shampoo,conditioner, hair dryer, face cleaners, and plenty of towels.
In the garage are top line washer and dryer. Also you will find beach towels, chairs and a umbrella for your convenience.
Kitchen is equipped with all the tools for your experience on cooking during your stay.
Outdoor space has a table with 6 chairs and brand new cushions. Flat chairs for your relaxing time and a grill are provided for party time with your family or friends.
This house is steps away from the beach. Just bring yourself and enjoy your time in our beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby. You are next to the one of the best Italian restaurants in the area: Casa Italia.
You are only 5 minutes away from Clearwater beach , and 10-15 from St pete beach . Orlando is only 1.5 hr away for a day getaway.
