This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom villa with queen sleeper sofa boasts just over 1600 sq ft of tasteful furnishings and sliding glass doors, with sleeping capabilities of 6!
Upon entry of the home, guests will fall in love with the cozy and inviting living space. In the living room, guests will find lots of room to relax and unwind while watching their favorite movie on the Smart TV. In the kitchen, guests can prepare their favorite meals using the stainless steel appliances, toaster, coffee maker, and other kitchen essentials!
In the master bedroom, guests will find a King size bed, flat screen TV, direct access to the pool, and a luxury ensuite with walk in shower. In the guest bedroom, guests will find a queen size bed. The guest bathroom also has direct access to the pool and lanai.
Out on the lanai guests will find a screened in heated pool. This pool is spacious and perfect for swimming laps or floating around and soaking up the sun. The lanai also features outdoor furniture including sun loungers and a dining table, where guests can enjoy their favorite meal outside. This home has a great outdoor entertainment space with TV so you can watch poolside.
Pass the lanai, guests will find a paved path leading to the dock. At the dock, guests can enjoy beautiful water views and search for Southwest Florida wildlife. For a fun adventure, guests are invited to take the provided kayaks out to explore the canal!
Being situated right off the Bimini Basin with a short distance out to open water and close proximity to great local attractions- Villa Baja will have you wishing you'd planned a longer vacation!

Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25. Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $15-25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Post-departure paid utility use may be offered at booking and will be billed at .185 kW for actual daily usage plus 11.5% tax and will be charged to a credit card on file. Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee. This home is pet friendly for smaller, non-shedding breeds under 35lbs, (MAX of 2) with prior approval and pet fee per pet (no cats).
