Located in the heart of Cape Coral’s highly desirable Yacht Club Area, this waterfront villa offers a relaxed setting with direct Gulf access and easy access to open water within approximately 20 minutes by boat.

With approximately 1,594 sq ft of living space, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. Both bathrooms include a shower and toilet.

The interior features a classic American design with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The living area flows naturally into the dining space and kitchen, creating a practical and inviting layout for your stay.

The outdoor area is designed for enjoying the Florida lifestyle. The heated pool is surrounded by sun loungers, offering plenty of space to relax. An additional terrace overlooking the canal provides a peaceful spot to unwind and take in the water views and sunsets.

The villa is located in a quiet and well-maintained neighborhood while still offering convenient access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.

For your beach outings, beach chairs, towels, a cooler, and a parasol are provided.
