This beautiful, luxurious villa has been decorated in a bright and modern style. It is located on a spacious plot on the canal with golf access. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by an inviting sight - a comfortable couch that invites you to relax and enjoy a cozy evening in front of the TV. An electric fireplace provides atmosphere in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has a high-quality worktop, so you will not lack for anything. A modern wooden dining table with space for six people is perfectly adjacent to the kitchen. A high chair for our youngest guests is available, as is a baby bed. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, as does the second bedroom, and the third bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed. A feel-good shower and toilet await you in the master bathroom, and a free-standing bathtub makes relaxation perfect. The 2 other bathrooms are each equipped with a shower and toilet. The villa has an additional den room (office/reading room) currently equipped with a desk and a comfortable couch.
The large, south-facing terrace guarantees undisturbed sunny days and is fenced in with a pool screen. Pure holiday pleasure! The heated pool with hot tub invites you to relax and unwind. The covered seating area with gas grill is ideal for social barbecues. Comfortable sun loungers are also available for you. A path leads to the dock. MattGreat Secluded and Relaxing Location
We had so much fun at this property! The house was very clean and well taken care of. Whenever we had questions or problems (operating the pool lights or heater or other non issue questions), the property management service helped us right away. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who is looking to visit Cape Coral. The property was close to an hour away from Sanibel Island. My only complaint was with the wifi. The property is very remote. Because of this, the only internet available was via Satellite. Since the internet was so weak, we were able to surf the internet but not stream media. This was a big bummer for us. However, since this was not in the owners control, we will still give the property a 5 star review!
