With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests and provides a comfortable setting for both relaxing stays and boating-focused vacations. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and offers canal views, direct access to the pool area, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds.

The open living, dining, and kitchen area is bright and inviting. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and provides everything needed for preparing meals during your stay.

The outdoor area is designed for enjoying the Florida lifestyle. The south-facing screened lanai offers a heated pool with integrated spa, surrounded by tropical landscaping. A covered seating area with dining space and gas grill creates the perfect setting for outdoor meals and relaxed evenings.
