With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. All bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, providing a consistent level of comfort for families or groups traveling together. The master suite as well as the junior suite both offer direct access to the pool area and feature private en suite bathrooms. A dedicated pool bath adds additional convenience.

The bright, open-concept living area is designed for relaxed living, with comfortable seating and a smart TV. Large windows and sliding doors create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing natural light to fill the home and offering views over the pool and canal.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal preparation easy. A central kitchen island is ideal for casual breakfasts, while the adjacent dining area provides space for shared meals.
