The driveway to the house is lined with palm trees and ensures the right holiday mood on arrival and melancholy on departure. From here, explore the sights and beautiful Florida countryside. The pool then invites you to relax. If required, the second living room can be transformed into a 4th bedroom through two pull-out couches.

For this villa you can rent a boat, even if it has no jetty. We have a jetty in the Yacht Club area and at the Rosegarden. From there you can use the boat you rented, and in the evening you can park your moore it on the lift.
