You will love this location off the beaten path but close to everything, We have a 30 day min rental but please inquire if you only want a 2-3 week stay. These are the city's rules not ours. this is a fully open floor plan and also has a nice quite private screened in lanai to sit outside and enjoy the weather.

About the owner: We are a small group of investors that have bought multiple short term rental properties to offer great places to come and stay in our wonderful place we get to call home. We started with 1 property in 2020 and have since grown to 9 and working on buying more.

Why this property? This property came to us in. very unique situation and I live very close and love the island of Venice as it features how Florida started and hasn't gone off track to get all of the hustle and bussel and still has the old Florida feel.
