Charming house with large, new heated salt water pool and spa 1 mile from downtown Venice and 2 miles from the beach. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this house has two patios for relaxing. One is off the pool for lounging in the sun after a swim. The second is a shaded patio off the dining room for an outdoor dinner or relaxing with a book. The house has two bedrooms as well as two pull out sofa beds for guests.

Ride through the neighborhood to the Venetian Bike Trail along the intercostal waterway. This stunning ride can take you to Shamrock Park or Caspersen Beach. Or head north on the Legacy trail to Oscar Sheer State Park or all the way to Sarasota! Across the street from the house is Foxworthy Park where you will find pickleball courts, a playground, and softball fields. Recreational equipment can be provided upon request.

A quick trip over the East Venice Bridge will land you at the downtown Venice shops and restaurants. With easy access to I75, the location is ideal.

This house is immaculate, well maintained, beautifully landscaped, and well furnished. Truly a Venice gem!

Area Information

The house is located just over the East Venice Avenue Bridge from Venice Island. It has easy access to Venice Beach (2 miles), downtown shops and restaurants (1 mile), Venetian and Legacy Bike Trails (1 mile), and I75. It is an ideal location in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is a wooded area across the street and Foxworthy Park is within walking distance.

Historic Edgewood is an area that was constructed the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers. Historic houses were completed in 1926. The neighborhood grew. Our house was constructed in the 1970s.
