About this rental
Updated 1st Floor- 3 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath villa @ / private full bath. Bedroom 2 offers 2 Twin over Full Bunk Beds with attached full bath that can be entered into by the bedroom or the hall. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed with private full bath. All bedrooms have a tv for relaxing at night. Living room offers a queen sofa sleeper, fully stocked kitchen, full size washer & dryer.
The Beach and all amenities are within walking distance or a short ride in the complimentary tram service. Beach side, you'll find a spectacular Lagoon Pool, 11 Pools and 4 Hot Tubs. Take a break at Ocean's Bar & Grill, Paradise Pizza, Blender's Poolside Bar or at Edgie's Corner Market, featuring Starbucks, Ice Cream Parlor & Bakery. Take a break from the beach and spend some family time at the Arcade, Splash Pad or Sky Trail Rope Course. Pamper yourself at the Spa and Beauty Salon. If sports and fitness are your passion, you can enjoy a round of golf on the Par 3 Executive 9 hole Golf Course, a game of Tennis on Plexicushion Courts, or play some shuffle board or basket ball. The Club offers a great workout at the Fitness Center, and the Pro Shop has everything you need for equipment for an additional fee charged by the resort for these amenities.
Parking Passes are an additional $25 for each pass, after booking, please message back the make/model of each vehicle & a request will be sent thru the booking site for payment. No more than 3 parking passes will be given for this unit.
Tram service will take you from your villa to the beach & gulf side. The tram runs from 9am till 10pm and is free to use, just call them for a pick up OR walk over to the gulf side, it's a short walk. Tram will NOT be running from November thru March. There are taxis and uber to take you around the beach, if needed.
**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will evict without refund. If evidence of a pet is found at ck out, you will be charged a $300.00 fine.
Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. We also do NOT allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
NO SMOKING - IF any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.
THINGS TO NOTE:
We provide a STARTER PACK only of amenities, just to get you through the first night, NOT for your entire stay.
Rental Agreement MUST be completed & Copy of driver's license MUST be sent to secure reservation; we will not send check in info till both are sent to management.
RENTER MUST BE 25 @ & MUST be present during the entire stay, we also do NOT allow 3rd party bookings.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We DO NOT allow extra guests - including children under 2 years of age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps – NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
NO SMOKING - IF any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.
Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.
Check in time is 4 PM: we DO NOT allow early check in during prime season. Guests are NOT allowed on property until 4pm OR until they receive the door code from our office, whichever comes first.
Renter agrees to report issues with the unit to management within 2 hours of check in – regarding cleaning or issues & not wait to report during the review process, with exception to emergency maintenance calls.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.
Please Note: Towels & Linens are provided for you and your guests, IF you stain or damage the linens or towels, you agree to pay for each piece stained to be replaced.
IF any of our house rules are violated, renter agrees to forfeit the security deposit.
Parking: Max 3 vehicles per stay. Parking passes are $25.00 each.
The HOA is in vote of this right now... Pending for 2023. Parking passes & wristbands might be raised for 2023. If that vote passes all guests will be responsible for paying the difference for the parking passes & wristbands.
