PARKING
at the premises is limited to two cars in the off peak season. During peak season complexes have the right to monitor parking and limit one vehicle to the garage.
For the Seychelles complex only one car unless otherwise noted on webpage
Parking passes are restricted to ONE (1) per unit during the following periods—
May 1 through July 27
August 27 through September 3
October- Sunday of Schooner’ LobsterFest, should it occur
**Extended Blackout dates are due to the garage repair work**
All other vehicles will have to use public parking. No boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs.
The coded keypad has been installed on the owners package closet. The code is 244809#.
