Seabreeze Beach House is a beautiful home on a quiet street on the" West End" of
PCB
You will enter with keyless entry, you'll find a large living area with an inviting kitchen with granite countertops and living room for hosting family meals and good times. The kitchen is fully equipped with housewares for meals. The kitchen seats 4 around the kitchen table.
The living room has a Queen-sized sleeper sofa and matching loveseat, another loveseat and matching large chair, it's big enough for everyone to gather while you watch Tv on the 55-inch wall-mounted

The backyard is fenced for privacy, and you can enjoy a night with outdoor seating, corn hole game, and ceiling fans keep the air flowing around you.
The Master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, giving you the best night's sleep after a long day at the beach. In the First guest room you will find a full size bed and in the Second guest room you will find 2 sets of Twin over Twin size bunk

For your use during your stay, there is a Washer and Dryer located in the the garage.
The home is equipped with a fire extinguisher in the kitchen and a First Aid kit located under the kitchen sink and smoke detectors.
Parking in the driveway to fit
2-4 standard vehicles.
