2 Story spacious townhouse, 5 minute walk (500 steps) from the beach, yet nestled away, within Gulf Highlands Beach Resort for separation from all the excitement of Front Beach road, and the gulf. From the back deck, you and the kids may enjoy catching bluegills off the deck in the canal (catch/release), grill to your delight, catch some rays or just enjoy a beverage of your choice! Go out the front door and enjoy the marquis large pool, (1 of 11 on property) 100 steps away!
Area Information
So many options abound, within a ten minute walk, or five minute drive. The Gulf Highlands Community Beach House right on the beach is your oasis, with another pool, elevated deck, inside shelter, complete with a bite to eat or beverage! Other activities close include fishing pier in the gulf, Signal Hill golf course, amusement parks for the kids, Ripley's Believe it or Not, among much more! Rainy day activities to include bowling and roller skating! Walmart for all your immediate shopping needs. For an afternoon or evening of family fun a short 15 minute drive west depending on traffic and you will arrive at the very popular PIER PARK of PCB! This area includes Margaritaville, the world famous Tootsies Orchid Lounge, Ron Jon's of PCB, as well as many other dining and shopping opportunities in a confined area! Take a ride on the giant Ferris wheel to survey the area from above!

Once again a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive will reveal many opportunities for quick or fine dining. Take out and fast food include Waffle House, Taco Bell, McDonald's, Burger King, Hungry Howie's, among others. Indoor/Outdoor opportunities include Bayou on the Beach, Applebee's, Gulf Coast Burgers, Wicked Wheel, Shrimp Basket, and more. Upscale close dining to include Firefly and Saltwater Grill.

About the owner: We are Pam and Mike from Michigan! We first visited the area in the late '70s with Pam's grandparents. Upon returning in the late 90s with our teenage boys, we discovered many changes and had a wonderful time with them and friends! Finally we have once again returned to the area as of a couple years ago and have now brought our boys and their families back and fully fallen in love with all the activities, sunshine, and of course the beach!

Can we rent commercial chairs, lounges, and umbrellas?
Yes, right next door on the Beach out front at the "Majestic" property! $40 per day. Sea Doos and other rentals available as well!

My Wife and I came down to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary along with our daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter and her friend. The Unit was nicer than the pictures and We had plenty of space for us all. Very convenient to the beach.

Very nice place. Very clean and spacious. The whole condominium is really amazing as well with many pools. The hosts are very professional and hospitable. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!!

There was this was our first trip to Panama City with the family could have not asked for better accommodations the unit was extremely clean very well located truly just a few steps from the beach cool on-site amenities such as shuffleboard playing mini golf however it seems Panama City has changed a little bit too wild for our taste I'm so happy that the amenities at the condo or so nice because I spent a lot of time there LOL
