Welcome to " The Salty Escape Villa @ , this 2nd floor villa is located in and offers 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, sleeps 6. Master bedroom offers a King bed, private attached bath with shower & tv. Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed, tv and attached bath with shower/tub combo. Spacious living room with tv and view of one of the lakes on property w/ water feature. The villa pool is steps away from the back patio and located directly across from the tennis courts on the VILLA side of . Less than a 5 min walk to the beach side or call the tram for a ride anywhere around the resort. Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for meals inside the condo, making meal prep a breeze. Plenty of seating at the farm style table or extra seating at the bar area. Large spacious living room with Queen Sofa sleeper and plenty of seating. Full size washer n Dryer located in the laundry room.

Beach chairs & beach items are stored in the container on the balcony - these are not guaranteed but free to use as long as guests take care of them & return them, clean and put back in the storage bin.

The Beach and all amenities are within walking distance (5 min walk to the beach) or a short ride in the complimentary tram service. Tram will NOT be running from November thru March.

Beach side, you'll find a spectacular Lagoon Pool, 11 Pools and 4 Hot Tubs. Take a break at Ocean's Bar & Grill, Paradise Pizza, Blender's Poolside Bar or at Edgie's Corner Market, featuring Starbucks, Ice Cream Parlor & Bakery. Take a break from the beach and spend some family time at the Arcade, Splash Pad or Sky Trail Rope Course. Pamper yourself at the Spa and Beauty Salon. If sports and fitness are your passion, you can enjoy a round of golf on the Par 3 Executive 9 hole Golf Course, a game of Tennis on Plexicushion Courts, or play some shuffle board or basket ball. The Club offers a great workout at the Fitness Center, and the Pro Shop has everything you need for equipment, ADDITINAL FEES FOR GOLF, WEIGHT ROOM, TENNIS - ck with the pro shop for details and pricing.

Two vehicles max. No more than 2 vehicles allowed no exceptions. Two parking passes of $80.00 plus tax are included in the booking breakdown. Wristbands are required to be worn on property by the resort. Those will be provided for you. If any are lost or damaged upon inspection of your checkout you will be responsible for replacing them.

**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, you will be evicted w/o refund. IF evidence of a pet is found at check out, you will be fined $300.00.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. We also do NOT allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Renter MUST be 25 at time of Booking to & MUST BE PRESENT DURING ENTIRE STAY, violators will be evicted without refund. Rental Agreement must be signed & driver's license must be sent to management company after booking and before ck in info will be sent.
