Regency Towers is located on Thomas Drive (the East end of the beach) at 5801 Thomas Drive Panama City Beach, Florida near the St Andrew State Park and Grand Lagoon. This 3 Bedroom with an oceanfront and eastward view was recently completely updated with new sofas, king and queen, and twin beds along with a queen sofa, 2 baths, and utility room with washer/dryer at your finger tips. This fully furnished condo is ready for the romantic getaway or vacation with the kids. The Regency is loaded with amenities, including two large pools (one is seasonally heated), indoor hot tub, kiddie pool, and one of the largest sun bathing decks around! All of these amenities are in a gated community with 24 security.

This end of the beach is considered to be quieter and have less traffic. If you stay at the Regency, we recommend that you take a trip to St. Andrews State Park. The park is only 1.4 miles away, and features a boat ramp, great fishing spots, and the best snorkeling site. Captain Andersons, Boatyard and the Pirate Ship, Island Time Catamaran are just around the corner on Grand Lagoon. Schooners is an easy stroll down the beach.

Visit the Zoo or swim with the dolphins at Gulf World Marine Park. Ride the Merry-Go-Round at Panama City Beaches new Pier Park or have a margarita at Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville.
