Calypso 2205E has all the modern amenities- high speed internet/ WiFi, flat screen TV's in living area and master bedroom, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, bed and bathroom linens. The total square footage for this unit is 942 sq ft.
The living area is spacious with custom furnishings, as well as providing modern conveniences like a flat screen TV, DVD player and high speed internet/ WiFi. The sofa can be converted to a queen/full size pullout for extra guests. Adjacent to the living area is a formal dining table.
The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops and white appliances. The bar counter is a perfect size for breakfast, afternoon snacks or cocktail hour. The cabinets are stocked with cups, plates, utensils, dinnerware, cooking pots and pans.

During the peak season, we rent this unit Saturday to Saturday, unless the unit is still available about three weeks prior to the arrival date. It is not necessary to stay the entire week, but the rental rates and periods are for the week itself.

We have a two-payment plan for your convenience, where 50% of the total due is due within 7 days of booking, along with your signed contract documents, and the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Regarding cancellations, in the event of weather related issues, if a mandatory evacuation is issued, a refund will be given for any unused nights. For our regular cancellation policy, if a cancellation notice is submitted in writing more than sixty days prior to the arrival date, a refund of the payment will be issued, minus a $100 administrative processing fee. If less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, we will also refund your payment in full (less the $100 administrative processing fee) only if we are able to re-rent the unit for the same amount. If we need to discount the unit to re-rent it or it rents for fewer days, you will receive a refund for the amount rented (minus the $100 administrative processing fee). In most cases, with sufficient notice, we are usually able to re-rent the unit and will make every reasonable effort to do so. However, if we are unable to re-rent the unit, the full payment will be forfeited.

About the owner: White Sand & Gulf Breeze Rental, LLC was established in 2006 when we purchased our first property. White Sand Rental is a local, family owned vacation rental company that takes pride in providing our guests an exceptional vacation experience while visiting Panama City Beach area. We have just the right number of units to give our guests a nice variety of floor plan options to choose from while still being able to make sure each unit is well-maintained and very clean. The group of vacation rental units we manage is comprised of a tight circle of owners we feel personally responsible to; therefore, we care for each unit as if it were our own.
For our guests, we strive to provide you with the same quality of unit and overall experience that we would like to have if we were booking a vacation rental ourselves. We make ourselves accessible to our guests throughout each stage of the reservation process before, during and after your stay. Frequently Asked Questions
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 4PM local time, and check-out is by 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for purchase on select rentals. Please email or call the office with your request and the team member will determine if your rental qualifies at that time. If you have already reserved a property, please contact our team to make your request.
What are Keyless Locks and Codes?
Our properties have keyless entry locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of an individualized generated code rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. Please see your reservation information for more on keyless entry systems.
What if we arrive after hours?
Arriving after hours is no problem when you stay in a White Sand Rental Property. Physical check-in is not required. Our check-in process is done by our vacation guest app link. This link is sent approximately two weeks prior to your arrival. We invite you to please go directly to your rental property at your check in time. If you need further assistance for any reason, please contact us.
Is there an age restriction?
Reservations may not be made by or for a minor. Only family guests are allowed in our properties. No units will be rented to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25, unless they are accompanied by an adult guardian or parent who remains in the unit for the entire stay. Reservations made under false pretense are subject to forfeiture of all rental payments and damage protection fee as well as cancellation of the remaining reservation time.
Do you provide daily maid service?
White Sand Rental provides a departure clean on all stays. We also provide an initial supply of towels and linens, as well as trash liners, toilet paper and hand soap. A full-size washer and dryer are provided in every rental property; however, laundry detergent is not supplied due to highly sensitive individual needs, precautions and allergies
What is provided with the accommodation?
Each of our properties are furnished with modern amenities such as high speed internet/ WiFi, flat screen TV's in living area and bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, bed and bathroom linens. We do ask that you bring your own beach towels, toiletries, etc.
Also provided with this unit is 2 free beach chair and umbrella service (March - October)!
When is a good time to book a reservation?
Book today! We recommend reserving the unit of your choice as early as possible, especially if you are planning to travel for Spring Break (mid-March to mid-April), Summer Season (Memorial Day to mid-August) or during Fall Break (1st 2 weeks in October). It is also best to book early if planning to travel around a major holiday, such as Memorial Day, Fourth of July, or Labor Day.
Is there a Minimum Stay?
Although we personally love pets, due to individuals who are sensitive to or have allergic reactions, pets are not permitted in any White Sand Rental property or on the premises of said property.
Smoking is not allowed. Guest may smoke outside of the unit, but they are responsible for cleaning up and removal of cigarette butts, ashtrays, etc.

Condo was absolutely amazing, clean and conveniently located on the beach and in the center of the attractions. Amenities were great, pools, exercise room and tiki bar were all wonderful and well maintained. The only reason I didn't rate this resort 5 stars is because of the issues with the scan in/out in the parking garage. Most of the time our scan pass wouldn't allow us to exit. We weren't the only ones having issues, at times there were 2-4 vehicles trying to exit but the scan wouldn't work. Security did come several times to manually open the gate which helped. Other properties we've stayed at have their exit gate set up to automatically open when a vehicle is exiting.

We rented two places for my son and for my daughter for each one to bring their friends after graduating 2020. This condo was one of the ones we rented and it was wonderful. My daughter and her friends as well as my husband and myself loved it. The decor was great and when it comes to condos I’m a snob about cleanliness and this unit was spotless. I truly appreciated that, especially with all the pandemic issues. If you choose to rent this unit just know the first thing you’ll does be in awe of the view. It’s amazing, especially at sunset. The last thing I want to mention is how amazing the rental company was to me. I called them a dozen times trying to make a decision and they were so kind every single time I called. I don’t know if I could have been that nice to me. Lol

We have stayed at Calypso for many years and in this unit several times. We really enjoyed our stay and the unit. Everything was great. I will add that we have concerns when the new units open across the street. We have concerns about how crowded it might get. We will be back next year but might consider a different location. We have not decided about this and probably want until we get ready to make the reservations. We will contact you and see what our options are.

The condo was convenient, clean and comfortable. The check-in process was easy and the owners were very helpful. The views from this condo are simply amazing. Also, we rented a jet-ski on the beach and got to play with dolphins. It was awesome. We plan to come back as soon as we can.
