This is our 6th trip to Splash resort and our 2nd stay at 107W. By far this is the best condo we have stayed in. Most convenient location in the resort, with 2 elevators or the stairs right outside your door. All the comforts of home and then some. Owner was great to work with. Thank you again for another wonderful family vacation. Looking forward to next year already!!

Bryan B.Fantastic Unit: Ideal Lower Floor and 2 Bedrooms on Ocean Front
Great Condo & Resort. You can't beat Splash for the kid-friendly environment, but sometimes the elevators can be a hassle if you hit it at the wrong time. That's why this unit is amazing! Only took the elevator 2x my entire stay (check in and check out). Super easy and wow. The views off the balcony are incredible and it's so spacious. Two Bedrooms on the Gulf and the bunks in the back (a trundle bed no less so if you needed a 3rd spot for someone it's there). Well decorated. Smart TV's so you can pull up Netflix or anything else. Full kitchen with everything needed (even storage containers for leftovers). Oh, yes, a Kourig Machine, which was so nice to have, plus the washer and dryer! The cleaning crew did a nice job and had it all nice and ready to go. Thank you Greg and Lori. It was also nice having the Beach Service with 2 chairs and umbrella. You do need to go early to check in for the beach service if you want a front row seat FYI. This is a wonderful unit. As a note, we've stayed in the 1bed 2 bath unit, 2/2 and this one which is 2+/2. This unit is so well laid out and it seems so large. You have to be careful b/c there is another 2+/2 unit stack, but only 1 bedroom is on the Gulf. We've finally found our favorite unit at Splash (Splash was already our favorite resort). Parking at the resort is plentiful that's another plus.
