There is a Concrete Wall running between the West and East sides. The cottage features 2 private residences with the ability to open into 1 larger Cottage.
Each side and has its own Entrance on Opposite Sides of the House.

It's the perfect way to have a getaway and still enjoy all the new activities Panama City Beach offers. The Carousel Grocery store and World-Famous Thomas Doughnuts are just down the street. Pier Park is only 4 miles away and we are only 3 miles from Hwy79 (which leads to our new International Airport). Frank Brown Park is 3 miles away. Winn Dixie & Publix Grocery stores are close in either direction. Local Restaurants from Fresh Seafood & Oysters to BBQ only minutes away. It's truly the Best of Both Worlds! ... Telling our guests about Fun things to do, Great things to eat and Wonderful things to see is one of our favorite things. We've been vacationing on the Gulf Coast since we were little kids. Why this property? The cottage reminds me of my Grandmothers house. Wooden slat ceilings and solid wood doors give it a cottage charm that's hard to describe. We love the fact that it's so quiet here!

Our stay at the Oleander Cottage was very nice. Very clean and neat. There were books to read. Lisa, the landlady was easy to reach and talk to if needed. We really liked the location across the street from the beach and away from the madness of PCB

Thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Orleander Cottage. Over 2 weeks of rest and relaxation and the beach almost on site. Owners Lisa and David made the stay special with their personal attention and on site presence several times. They were both great and truly concerned with our stay and that everything was perfect.. We would definitely stay there again and hope to return soon.D. Young
