This Cottage is a large Private Duplex, it's of all concrete construction. There is a Concrete Wall running between the West and East sides.
Each Side and has it's own Entrance on Opposite Sides of the House. They are completely Separate, Private and Quiet inside. There's a left side (West) and a right side (East), EACH one is a has it's own completely equipped Kitchen and Family Room with FREE WiFi and Big Flat Screens. Attached is a FULL SIZE Laundry Room and there's Lots of Parking...
For More Space (an Additional King Bedroom), it's usually about $100 to $200 more (depending on the season) .
A Romantic Get Away for Two or Have Fun sleeping up to Six with your small Family in our Private West Side of the Cottage
It Includes 1 Full Size Bedroom (KING BED) + 1 Separate Bunk room (2 singles), 1 Sleeper Sofa, Full Kitchen & Family Room (New 51 in Samsung Flat Screen) and 1 Bathroom, 1 Private Outdoor Shower, West Sleeps 4 in beds, + includes a Queen Sleeper Sofa, 6 if you use the sleeper. There's a Private Entrance to the West (left) side of the Cottage. There is a concrete wall between the two sides of this duplex. Totally Private.

From your hosts David and Lisa Sample. Lisa and I are local Realtors here in Panama City Beach. We used to vacation here all the time, we liked the area so much we move here in 2005 and became full time residents. We have a Real Estate sales office located right down the street at Celadon Beach Resort. Telling our guests about fun things to do and see is one of our favorite things. We love helping make your time here a Great Experience.
Why this property? The cottage reminds me of my Grandmothers house. Wooden slat ceilings and solid wood doors give it a cottage charm that's hard to describe. We love the fact that it's so quiet here!
